Mark and Aaron at GreenEnergy are my heroes!! Our electric fireplace was not working. The issue was that the power to the unit was not connected properly. They diagnosed this quickly, and resolved the matter in about 30 minutes!! Very professional, knowledgeable and honest…what more could you ask for!

I used Greenergy to have a propane gas line and gas logs installed in my existing fireplace. Mark showed up at the scheduled time and discussed with me the work that he would be doing. The job was professionally done and looks great! We could not be more happy with the way our gas logs look and work.

Mark did a great job of communicating the issue and troubleshooting the AC unit. Working late into the day he ensured that our AC was functioning correctly and even followed up the next day to ensure it was still good. Very pleased with the outcome and service. Thank you!

Mark arrived as scheduled, diagnosed issues related to a 27 year old fireplace and proceeded to quickly repair. He had parts on his truck, was careful to keep the area clean and made all repairs quickly and professionally. He cleaned the fireplace logs and heating mechanism, , replaced the pilot assembly and installed a new remote control. My home was left clean and with a working fireplace!

The gentleman that came was very knowledgeable and knew when I explained exactly what it was! He was so respectful and nice. Customer service was his main focus. He even checked the pressure but has to wait for the corporate rental service to give him permission to recharge with Freon. The corporate rental company is a whole different review on their part! After 6 days with no A/C he had it working in 20 minutes. Thank you!!

Our AC unit upstairs stopped cooling. Mark was able to come out quickly and diagnose the issue, and get our system up and running. We replaced some parts along with our ancient furnace. Overall, a great experience with Mark and this company. We will be using them in the future for all of our HVAC needs, and highly recommend them.

I had Greenergy out to a home I have under contract to light the gas fireplace and add a damper clip. They were professional and charged a reasonable price.

On a Sunday of a holiday weekend at 6pm, our air conditioning went out. Mark and his son arrived at our home within 25 minutes of calling. Personal service, at a fair price. I highly recommend them, and have signed up to be on their preventive maintenance schedule!

Greenergy HVAC techs were awesome. They performed full diagnostics and solved an AC issue that 2 other companies could not figure out. If you have heating and conditioning issues, recommend that you call them first. Today is the first day we have had proper cooling upstairs!
