Mark came out and serviced my fireplace. He showed me how to properly use it as well. Will certainly use him again!

I called to have my gas fireplace repaired and I was able to get an appointment the same day which was wonderful. The tech who came over was extremely professional and friendly. He did a great job of explaining the options to me and was able to repair my fireplace and had parts needed in his van. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend their service.

My gas fireplace was malfunctioning so I did a google search and saw several very good reviews for GREENERGY.

The owner, Mark Haas came personally in just a few days. Do NOT listen to Dominion Energy if they tell you a licensed plumber could service your gas fireplace.

Mark quickly found what was causing the problem, explained and showed me what he found. But, he also found that the glass was not clipped into place which would allow carbon monoxide fumes into my home.

I would highly recommend him for any of the services they provide.

Mark Haas (Greenergy HVAC, Fireplace & Appliance) provided outstanding customer service during our fireplace annual inspection/maintenance. He diagnosed and replaced the pilot assembly with required components, installed a fireplace remote control transmitter receiver and thermo switch for fireplace blower. Mark, Greenergy, is an outstanding fireplace maintenance technician I will call again for our annual fireplace inspection/maintenance.

They came out at 10 pm after AC quit working within 20 minutes of my calling and they got it running again

Performed maintenance on gas fireplace. Mark arrived on time having called earlier to confirm. Worked efficiently and professionally. Explained his findings, cleaned up the work area. Reasonably priced. Called after work was completed to ensure we were satisfied. All in all a good job and will use again in the future.

Fast and responsive and very knowledgeable. Great service and friendly technician he took time to explain what the problem was. Would definitely recommend if your having ac issues. It’s June and very hot I was scheduled late in the evening but the technician showed up hours earlier than scheduled and fixed my ac in less than 30 minutes.

Mark did a great job fixing our A/C. I explained the problem and what I saw and he knew what to do right away and had it right back up and working in no time. I highly recommend Greenergy and I will definitely keep using them in the future.

The two guys that came were really nice and informative. They checked all areas and made sure to look into every possible issue that caused the air to not flow and work. It been 90 plus degrees outside and 80 in the house. Within an hr i could already feel a difference. It’s always good to have people know their job inside and out and not just do a quick fix. Thanks again!
