Danny came today & he was awesome. He didn’t rush & checked on everything more than once. He also cleaned the outside unit! Very friendly, personable, & kind. Definitely a great worker & glad he was the one doing the service!

We have a dual zone system in our rental. Had a tech from the rental company come out days ago. He fixed the issue that was causing the downstairs zone to blow warm air. He then added Freon to the other unit so that the upstairs zone would work as it should. He said it may need repairs, and that he wouldn’t know until a day or two. But, the unit controlling the downstairs zone was now working great.

The next day, the upstairs zone was blowing warm air again, as the tech employed by the rental company had warned. The rental company then escalated the issue and contacted Healthy Home Heating and Air. The tech came out and let my wife know (I wasn’t home) that the unit for the upstairs zone needed to be replaced as it was completely shot. TWO troubling issues then became VERY apparent.

1. My wife told me that the tech was in the attic crawl space, where the furnaces are. The AC units are OUTSIDE. He may have had a legitimate reason for this, but he did not tell her he was going up there, he did not give her a reason for going up there. He just went up for several minutes. For all I know, the furnaces have been tampered with to secure future business.

2. The unit controlling the downstairs zone, the one that was working PERFECTLY, has not worked since the tech left this afternoon. I got home and noticed he had turned the AC off. (Why??!) After switching it to “on”, it does not kick on. It blows a little air, but very, very softly. Before the tech came, it was an audible whoosh when the AC was running. Now the only way you notice it’s on is if you put your hand very close to the vent. This wasn’t the case this morning. The temp registered at 71 this morning in that zone, and now it’s 83, and the AC has been turned on for over two hours.

All this leads me to believe he is taking advantage of the rental company as he knows they are going to replace whatever he requests in his report. We have alerted the rental company of what happened, and the seemingly shady business practices HHHA is practicing. Will never, ever use this company on my own dollar, or recommend them to anyone I know. Beware.

Danny was great! We had just gotten back from vacation to a hot house and Danny came in and got us up and running in no time! On very hot day! He answered all our questions with great customer service! Would def ask for Danny again!

Technician Danny came out today to check on a service call about my central heat not working. Danny was very nice and clearly communicated the problem. He made sure that there were no questions and assured me that they'd be back out to fix the problem as soon as my rental company approved. Thank you Danny!!

She sent a great tech, Danny, over who had the replacement thermostat and was in and out in a short period of time. Very professional and courteous people which I really appreciate. I am thankful they were able to get our upstairs unit back online and pumping AC again as today is the hottest day of the year so far.
