The technicians were fine; however, I was presented with a bill for $265 for a battery they installed. I took a photo of the battery and looked it up online. One company was charging $3 and another $5. After that experience I cannot trust this company and will not be using them again.

The were on time very professional and explained everything to me and very reasonable I truly appreciate there service I recommend them to everyone

Drew came out and did my heating system maintenance. He was both professional and knowledgeable. Drew took the time to completely set up my wifi thermostat and he ensured it was fully operable. Before leaving he also gave me a tutorial on its use and any trouble shooting issues that could possibly arise. I was pleased with his service and would highly recommend.

Update two years later - We knew the system wasn't going to last forever, we had to replace the A/C and furnace, it couldn't have happened at a worse time. However, is it ever a good time? The team of sales, Brian, and installation, Harry and another Brian (true assets to your company) were better than we ever expected, and FAST? We called on Monday, Tuesday they were installing, Wednesday I'm singing praises to be back in our normal temps again. Thank you once again Healthy Home!

I had a heating issue and they sent Danny over to look at the problem. Danny was really polite and was very knowledgeable on the work he was doing. He has really great communication skills and answered every question I had. Danny is a great worker and I honestly think Healthy homes heating and air has a great worker in Danny I would definitely recommend them to other people just because of the experience and customer service Danny provided.

Bill (owner) and Brian came out to walk me through options, costs, advantages and were super professional and responsive.

Today I had the actual install done. The installer team were super friendly, helpful, showed all the small touches that were done under my home to make the install more efficient. Sealed a leak I had on the furnace where humidity had been escaping.

Got a good price on a nightmare expense we all must face from time to time. Arrived on time, finished early, cleaned up very well after, wore shoe covers when in my home.
