Marlon was a godsend! After having no AC last night, he arrived on time and promptly diagnosed the root cause. He was able to get the unit operating and afterwards provided us with a thorough explanation of the work performed. Marlon was both cordial and professional. We’re so grateful to Healthy Home Heating & Air for sending Marlon, on a Saturday, to repair our AC unit. We’ll be sleeping like babies tonight!! Healthy Home is by far the best air company I have ever dealt with. I got multiple opinions and estimates and they were the most knowledgeable and best price. Everyone I have worked with at this company was fantastic! From the owner who is hands on and trustworthy and goes the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect to the installation and service techs who are courteous and know their stuff. I can't say enough about the office staff who has gone above and beyond to make sure that every T is crossed and I is dotted. I called this company because of reviews and dealing with other shady air companies. This company by far is honest, trustworthy and great! The reviews are all true. Fantastic, Fast, Friendly company.
Our AC was on the fritz not cooling properly one evening. I called Healthy Home after finding them on google with great reviews. I gave them a call at 7:30 and said they could have someone out between 11:00-12:00, which was extremely fast, but I had to wait until I got off work at 4, and the technician was prompt to arrive right on time. The technician Josh was incredibly friendly and did a FANTASTIC job explaining the issues to us and providing us with options for a solution. We will DEFINITELY continue to do business with this company. If they service your area, feel confident in having them come to your home. A+++++

Not only did I get the heating issues resolved, but Danny gave me some good pointers on how to keep my heating running smoothly. To Main Street renewal, please do business with this team more, super dedicated to being transparent and incredibly honest about timing and service. Danny arrived to help resolve my issue, within 30 mins the heat was kicking and explanations as to what caused it were communicated. Our service technician, Andy Breuer was on time, courteous, and professional. We had a minor issue that needed fixing and Andy made several phone calls checking on our warranty to knock off some cost. I couldn’t recommend Andy more.

Had several issues with my heating/ac unit. Our motherboard was fried, Danny came and installed a new one. He stayed and made sure the heat and ac units worked just in case there was an issue. Turns out our fan caught fire! He put the fire out, ordered a new part, and had it installed in his next visit. Owe my house to the guy, appreciate the awareness he showed to stick around.

I have used Healthy Home for several years now, since the owner himself ran all their service calls to today, with a growing staff and fleet of service vehicles. The work I have recently had done, was completed quickly and with constant updates on findings and recommendations along the way from the technician. They offered cost and service option recommendations and understand when budget concerns are central to tye solution you require. They were great as always.
