My unit went down in the hottest part of august and I called and spoke with Tyler who was very helpful over the phone. He came to my house in a timely manner and quickly fix my A/C! Would highly recommend this company.

Our air conditioner stopped working and It was hot in the house. I started looking for places hoping to find someone that was open 24 hours. I called all of them and nobody answered. I found this one and someone called right back! He then told us he would be at our house in 10 min and came right away even at 9:15pm!! That’s dedication to their jobs and customers!!! We will be using again! I can’t say thank you enough!!!

Extremely prompt and efficient with the installation of the new HVAC. Tyler was prepared for any repair work to the existing ductwork that was needed. Very respectful and professional! We had a/c work done this summer. They guys who worked on it hadn't cut our gas back on. We called Blown Away. He got to us quickly was courteous and just over all a nice guy. We will definitely use him for all of our a/c and hvac repairs from now on.

EDIT to response: As I stated in our text exchange, my heat was not working fine because if it was I would have had no reason to call to get service. If my heat is set on 71 and the temperature in the house is 69, the auxiliary heat should not be coming on to heat it two degrees. You turned it all the way up to 76 and that was the only way that you could feel any heat and that was with the auxiliary heat kicking in. As I told you yesterday, after you left I sent a text saying the heat wasn’t working, you responded with a question to which I answered and then there were crickets from you. I know how home warranties work. And anytime I’ve had anything serviced or needed work done, if there was even the slightest issue or question, especially within 24 hours, not to mention 2 hours, I was always told by the servicing company reach back out(via text, call, etc.) and they’d work to rectify it. This wasn’t a new service call, it was to fix what wasn’t fixed the first two times you came out. I now know for future issues.

I was assigned Blown Away, via my home warranty company, AHS. They came out twice within a week and could not figure out what was wrong with my heat, why it was only heating when the auxiliary heat was on and also what the unit was constantly running and not heating. 2 hours after Tyler left the second time I sent him a text message saying that it was still not working correctly even with the auxiliary heat on. He asked a question, I responded and heard nothing else. The next morning I sent him another txt saying that the heat was continuing to go down and that I couldn't make it thru the winter storm coming the next morning with no heat. I got no response. I called AHS and they informed me that Blown Away said they couldn't come back until Tuesday(now 3 days later) which would be after the snow/ice storm and now with snow and ice on the road. They never resolved the issue nor reached back out to resolve it. Very disappointed.

Two HVAC Techs. Came and service my AC unit. The leveled and did a diagnostic. Very professional and very polite. Will definitely use this company again thanks again.
