I contacted Blown Away HVAC for an inspection as I recently moved into a new home and noticed some pink insulation coming through the vents. Tyler arrived promptly and performed his inspection, explaining all of his findings along the way with the recommended solution. I appreciate how he took his time to also go over the filter replacement with me. He's very professional and trustworthy, so I have no qualms moving forward with the suggested repairs. He was the only person willing to come out late on a holiday weekend and did a great job. We couldn’t wait until Monday because we were leaving town the next day and our pets were getting hot. Tyler really helped us in a rough spot. Everything’s been smooth sailing since his fix!

Tyler was quick to respond and come out when we lost an AC unit. He was professional and explained the problem, the fix, and the cost. Unfortunately, the part took a week to arrive from TX, but Tyler came out and installed the part as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!

Tyler is a very nice young man. He knows his stuff. My AC stopped so I called him this morning. He came as soon as he finished his job he was on. He knew right away what the problem was. He had it fixed in a short time. I will always call him when I need him.

Tyler was on time, got to work quickly and determined the problem. He fixed the issue and got the unit working properly. He let me know what was happening with each step and checked to make sure each thing he wanted to do next was okay to do. He kept me posted on cost prior to completing the work and was just over all very easy to work with. I was very pleased with the work done and to have the mini-split working properly again! I will definitely use Blown Away HVAC again when needed!
