    I was kept informed on my appointment and their arrival. Chad arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He as efficient and answer any and all questions that I had. Very happy with their service.

    Installed our HVAC system. Everything works, but missed the warranty they offer because we didn't call in time, I explained that we had a delayed move in but they didn't want to hear it. I don't know how their service or pricing is. We will probably go with a smaller company.

    My new system under Kendall was supposed to be no service for a year. I have questions about air quality and instead of checking for free, they wanted to charge me over 100.00. Under Kendall all was supposed to be free.

    MTB Mechanical installed all the HVAC in my new home in 2017, about $80,000 worth of equipment in today's dollars. Yes, I went with the high end super-efficient ($$) Lennox heat pumps, three (3) of them plus other equipment. Service during the 1st year after installation was outstanding, they took care of all punch list items and related issues. They also coordinated with my energy consulting company since I was building an Energy Star home. They are a solid 5 stars for the installation and 1st year of follow up.

    Recently, MTB serviced one of my outdoor condensing units and they correctly identified the fault. I had Integrity Heating and Cooling visit the day before and they completely mis-diagnosed the issue, aka said I had to replace the entire compressor unit - a scam HVAC contractor. The actual problem was a bad ECM module on the condenser fan. The condenser fan was 1 month out of warranty and sadly neither MTB nor Lennox would cover the repair. Ugh!

    MTB wanted nearly two thousand ($$) to repair the defect fan-ECM module, so I paid them their $125 visit-diagnostic fee and sent em' on their way. I ordered a new fan-ECM module and repaired the unit myself saving many dollars.

    Why NO 5-star review -

    1) The mini-split system MTB installed in my garage is leaking AC condensate again making a mess of my wall. During installation they didn't put enough slope on the condensate line. Another messy repair I'll need to complete at my expense.

    2) MTB used 4" intake and exhaust soffit vents instead of the 6" vents that the ERV manufacturer specified. Therefore, my ERV is operating below its performance specifications due to restricted airflow.
