100% highly recommend! We called them because our system was down and inoperable, even though our usual HVAC Contractor wouldn’t or couldn’t come out for days! They had a technician to our home within 2 hours and he assessed the situation and got us back up and running very quickly and very efficiently.
Plus, now that I’ve learned they are a Veteran owned business, I will be using them for all my HVAC maintenance and repairs! Our technician, Caleb, was very thorough, fully explained everything he was doing and why, and left us feeling comfortable that what was done was truly needed to operate our system effectively. Without hesitation, if you need HVAC service, give them a call!

Caleb was extremely responsive in addressing the problem, fixing the problem, explaining what he was doing in terms I could understand. He was very polite, respectful, and thorough in all he did. I’m thrilled I found TemperaturePro and the owner, Cole and his technician Caleb.

These guys are incredibly professional and very knowledgeable about the work they do. They fixed and cleaned my AC unit and saved me from having to purchase a new one right now. Anthony, the operations manager showed up at THE EXACT scheduled time, amazing. They were able to fit us in same day, on a holiday weekend, for an emergency repair. The best customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Heating problems. Caleb came first thing in the morning found problem went and got parts and repaired immediately. He stayed and made sure everything was working properly. Great company to do business with.

Eanes may have installed my HVAC but Temperature Pros is who will be repairing/servicing my HVAC from now on. Anthony and Caleb were not only professional and personable but proved themselves to be customer-oriented. They were empathetic with my situation (lightening killed my HVAC amongst other things) and spent countless hours and buckets of sweat to get my home cooling again. This company is honest and very fair priced. I had another person come to look at my unit when it went out and they said I needed a new unit. This company fixed the problem for less than $400. I would definitely recommend them anytime!!! Honesty is hard to find with most companies but this is not one of them they are very honest!!!!

AC went out. I have 2 small kiddos and the wife. 3 days total without AC. Had company #1 come by and tell me the capacitor and another thing went out. Quoted me $6xx.oo to get me running. Did not seem to care we were out of AC and it was average 82 degrees in our house. Temperature Pro came out. They listened to me, the did a recap of what I said. They asked if they could look at ac unit. They diagnosed and fixed the unit in around 20 minutes. I was ready to buy a 12k system to fix the issue. They advised against it. Company # 1 was pushing me spending $$ and left me and my family still without AC. Temperature Pro was only called to diagnose. They happened to have the part. They were willing to take the part off. (Meaning they were not pushing the sale and that company # 1 was only about $ and not our cooling dilemma). Temperature Pro fixed our issue in no time and at almost 1/4 price of company #1. They gained my trust and they are now our company for all HVAC / AC needs. Thank you guys.
