Josh came out on a Wednesday to service my system which wasn’t cooling. 32 years old and was needing to be replaced for the last 3 years. By Friday, he was at my house installing a new Trane system. Absolutely impressed with the response, quality of install and price. Not much more than I was being quoted for an lesser quality system. They are the best! And I’m tracking 30% less power use already! Love it!

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Triad needing service or replacement. My new go to guys!

We have used this company a few times, but our most recent interaction moved us to leave a review. Our initial call was met with quick response and from our first tech, Sandy. He was very knowledgeable and laid out our options in a way that was easy to understand and helped make our final decisions. We did end up replacing our very old unit, which happened seamlessly within a week. Logan and Alex were our actual installers for a, get this, SATURDAY install! Very thorough with explaining how to run the system, CLEAN, and quick. 5 stars all around!

These guys did a fantastic job! From inquiry to invoice. They did everything they said they would and more. Jason Robbins, the sales rep was very communicative and honest from the beginning. He showed us several different options for our home and didn't try and sell us an over sized / overpriced unit that we didn't need. The onsite installers were very polite and through and did a meticulous job of covering the carpet, as well as, wearing booties and face masks when they entered the home. Overall we couldn't be more pleased with sales and service and would definitely recommend All Year Heating and Cooling to my friends and family. Great Job!

I have been a client of All Year Cooling & Heating for over 20 years.
Hal has retired so now Alex is my service technician and he makes sure my unit runs smoothly.
When it was time to replace my unit a few years ago, All Year helped me decide on the best unit for my home. The Technicians did a great job installing my new unit. The price of my unit was very reasonable and it is a high efficiency unit that has cut my electricity bill in half. After all these years, I STILL HIGHLY recommend All Year Cooling & Heating for all your AC/Heating needs.

2016:
All Year Cooling & Heating comes to service my unit two times a year. Hal (Harold) makes sure my unit is running smoothly. My unit is 18 years old and Hal treats it as if it is his own personal unit. If he sees a problem, which is rare, he explains it before he fixes it. I am so glad that I have my service contract with All Year Cooling and Heating. They take good care of my unit! I would HIGHLY recommend them!!

Our AC started to die early this month. We got several estimates, including All Year Cooling and Heating, and while all estimates were similar, we decided to go with All Year based on their professionalism. The installers were great...they worked quickly and efficiently, and were very good at cleaning up the job site. We whole-heartedly recommend All Year Cooling and Heating.

Love this company! They have serviced our home since it was built in 1989. They have always provided quality upkeep of our unit; repaired our unit and kept it running well for years before we had to finally replace it about 5 years ago; offered sound advice about repairs and accomplished the task at a reasonable cost and replaced our old unit with a gas furnace at a very reasonable cost as well. They have always been responsive to any calls. Very professional and personable staff! Highly recommend them!

I was scheduled for a service call today. Alex called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and courteous. I have been with all year cooling and heating for many years and because of the way they have treated me as a customer I recently referred them to a friend, who also was very pleased with their service call . Alex is very knowledgeable was able explain everything in a way I could understand.
