All Year Cooling & Heating

Responded same day for heating outage in winter weather. Got the part replaced and followed up when I had a concern about the system making noise. Took the time to explain what was going on. Great techs.

Had to call for service because of Ice forming on the lines. They gave a time from 10-1 that someone would be able to show up. He came at 10:15. Technician told me what he thought the problem was, then had me walk around with him as he opened up my system to check it. Exactly as he had said, switch stuck. He told me what the price of that switch was, then took the next few HOURS to really clean and check my outside and Inside equipment. Told me about another part he would suggest replacing, but wasn't pushy about it. The Tech was one of the best repair people that I have had in my home. Fair price and GREAT service! Will be calling them back if I have any other AC problems!!

I use All Year for all of my Cooling and Heating needs. They have updated two of my old systems and added one for my garage. The managers, office staff and technicians are always friendly, professional and competent! I highly recommend All Year Cooling & Heating.

Today the great guys from All Year Cooling & Heating came and installed a 12,000 btu ductless mini-split unit in our sunroom. Nick, Logan and Josh were at our house bright and early this morning to get started. Bless them all....the area that they were working in is the absolute hottest area of our backyard...and today was 90+ with high humidity!! We have used All Year before for our heating/AC system so we already had great confidence in their work. Again we are not disappointed. Their work was excellent and they took care of everything, even helping my husband by spreading mulch around the compressor unit and helping to place our furniture back in the sunroom. The suggested product for our needs has immediately given proven results.....the sunroom before this unit on a hot and humid day like today is easily 95! This evening it is a lovely and pleasant 74....I’m smiling!!!! It was so nice to be able to sit out in the sunroom and ENJOY it! Thank you again to the team at All Year Cooling & Heating for meeting our needs!!!

Use All Year for my personal home and multiple rental properties. They consistently exceed expectations. They are great to deal with. Use them for new A/C equipment purchases and especially for ongoing maintenance. Would not use anyone else!

Last year I had to come to terms with losing my 1985 model a/c unit. Although it was difficult to let it go, Josh was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable with my decision to get all new equipment. Now my winters are warmer and summers are much cooler! Highly recommend!!!

I had a new a/c unit installed including reworked ductwork completed by All Year Heating and Cooling on 5/23/17. Due to numerous issues with my heating and cooling systems, I have spent the last year working with five different HVAC companies. All Year is now my company of choice. From the quote process through the post work check-out, everything was handled promptly, professionally and as promised. They were also very respectful of my time.

The timeline from quote acceptance to finished job was completed before any other company was even going to be able to start the process. Logan told me the entire day, and it took 10 hours, was dedicated to me. Josh and Logan did a fantastic installation job from start to finish. The attention to detail on all aspects of the job from everyone was top notch.

My garage and furnace/coil area was cleaned up such that you couldn't even tell a job had just been done. They wore booties to keep my carpets clean and were sure the system, to include all dampers and zones were working properly before leaving. Due to the cooler than normal weather, they noted they would have to come back to complete one of the system checks as low 80's was required to get a proper reading. I received that call today, the next day!, and it's now scheduled for the earliest warm enough working day to get that finalized. Fantastic follow through. Jason even requested I call him in a few days to be sure everything is working to my satisfaction.

I have spent A LOT of time with various HVAC companies this past year. All Year did the best overall job out of everyone.

All Year Cooling & Heating is an outstanding HVAC company in that they get to you quickly (rare these days), are always very fair in providing you options and NOT unnecessarily recommending high cost repairs, and is very fair in working with you if high cost repairs require financing options. I would highly recommend them!

They were early for the appointment. Rolled out drop clothes from the door to our worksight, and were very careful to stay on it or wear plastic shoe covers when walking around in our home. They repaired the duct work in our crawlspace and quickly and professionally added an additional duct in our laundry room. Each of the technicians were friendly, but also stayed on task. When they were done, Logan went over the checklist with us to be sure they had done what they were supposed to and that we were happy with their service. He also explained the new thermostat and insured we knew how to change or program it. When they left, they took all the old equipment, and left us with no evidence of their visit except a new heat pump and a sign in the yard! I would refer them to anyone.
