Travis and Lance spent a lot of time and effort in trying to revive our old furnace. Unfortunately, the manufacturer of the unit doesn't make parts for it anymore but Travis tried all kinds of other parts to save us from replacement. These guys are dilligent and professional. I highly recommend them and their work.

Kevin was courteous, answered all my questions and even called to let me know his previous stop was taking a little longer than expected. He gave me helpful tips and information for keeping the unit running well. He completed the job in short order and I would not hesitate to call and request Kevin for any future work I might need done.

Tim came quickly to get me a quote and he was great. Answered all of my questions and professional service. Leslie kept in touch with updates on installation and all was done efficiently and at the best price I could find.

Called this company thinking its a local huntersville company and will be quick to respond. They gave an appointment next day and diagnosed ( paid $89) the issue as bad evaporator coil. Asked for a quote to replace it and they never responded with a quote inspite of calling their office 4 times. Had to call someone else pay diagnostic fee again and get it fixed. Will never trust this company. Its just a waste of time and money. Public will be better off ignoring this business

I do not usually write reviews and if so I am more inclined to regarding bad service but in this case I was very pleased.

They were professional. They came out to the house when requested, knowledgable in giving the prognosis and performed the work quickly.

My air was up and running in no time which was greatly appreciated by the kids and pets. I will refer my friends and neighbors to Travis Heating and Airconditioning.

We have used this company multiple times for our AC unit repairs and maintenance. The technician Kevin that was sent was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Appointments by phone were quick and easy.

I called on a Friday evening and they were at my house the next morning. Really quick response, wonderful gentlemen and extremely professional. They kept in close contact with me when they were enroute. I highly recommend for your HVAC needs.

Christopher came by and provided great service. Came back from vacation and my house was 85 degrees. They came same day and fit me in. Christopher was kind and got right to it. I will be calling them and referring them for anyone who needs HVAC in the future.
