Travis Heating and Cooling is hands down the best company to use for any of your HVAC needs! I have recently used them for both AC and heat repairs and was extremely satisfied with the quality of service they provided from beginning to end. Their entire team was professional, diligent, and certainly exceeded my expectations. They look out for what is best for the customer, and I think that is one of the most valuable things you can look for in a reliable HVAC company. Highly recommend!

I called Travis Heating and Air on a late Friday evening. They promptly returned my call and set up the an appointment for the following morning, on a SATURDAY :) Travis, the owner I assume, called again to make sure I was contacted and confirmed my appointment. The technician, Lance, arrive before the appointment time (bonus!!) and was courteous and fast. I appreciate the prompt service and honesty of the technician. I highly recommend Travis Heating and Air!

We had to replace one of our HVAC units. Travis gave us a great price and completed the job perfectly. In fact, we found we had a clogged drain line and he was professional enough that they cleaned the line and did not charge. I will always use Travis HVAC for all of my HVAC needs. I highly recommend them.

If you have extra money you feel like wasting, then definitely call Travis heating and cooling to come diagnose a minor concern with your AC system. You will get to know them on a first name basis with the multiple trips and misdiagnosis. One of the trips they even wired the thermostat wrong (which was also misdiagnosed) and had to send the lead tech who figured it out and called the other repairman back to show him how to do it correctly...really?

Travis Heat and Air is an excellent company. I called because my air was not working and Travis came out the same day. He was able to identify the problem immediately and knew what needed to be done and did it.
I had recommended this company to a friend when their company never showed--they came right out and helped them. Trust me this is the company you want to come and service your heat and air units. Their prices are reasonable as well. Thanks Travis Heat and Air!
