Josh came out the same day to fix our AC and did a great job and we are so pleased. We will be using Arnold Jones Services for all of our heating and air needs going forward and you should, too!

My wife's parents used Arnold Jones, and we use them, and now our daughter uses them. That should tell you something.

They are extremely easy to work with and very ethical. Recently, our daughter was having some intermittent problems with her AC, and the tech couldn't identify the problem because it would almost magically start working when she called him out. But one morning, I contacted them when it was off again—and they rescheduled the same tech's morning appointments so he could come and catch it while it was malfunctioning. They don't try to up-sell you, and they're very helpful and trustworthy folks. I readily recommend them anyone who asks.

I had a house fire and Servpro (probably got a kickback) recommended that I use this company to service my furnace. Over the phone they said it would be $120 and I agreed to it. Then after they came out I got an email saying the bills was over $300 and my insurance refused to pay. Dude was here literally 10 minutes and just wiped two parts off with a rag. I could have done it myself. Soon after he left my drain pipe to the unit clogged up and I had to clean that out myself because it all shut down. Beware of this company or they might triple the price on you without notice too. I will definitely shop around for a cheaper company next time or just do it myself. On Monday Nov 23 I received a call from them asking why I left a bad review. I stated facts and I believe most people would have been upset by the price increase. Lesson learned, get it in writing folks because verbal means nothing.

The team that came out was amazing! I have a newborn and one of the gentlemen wiped up the counters and vacuumed our floors so there wasn't any dust to keep her safe! That is premium customer service!!!! Will 100million percent use Arnold Jones again!!!
