From the first contact with Terry, I've been impressed with this business. They return phone calls promptly and they come at the time they are expected. In addition, every one of the crew was courteous and respectful of me and my home. I was especially pleased at the extra effort Jeff and the others made to be sure I was not only satisfied, but PLEASED with the final product. And they left the work area clean and replaced all the furniture and items they'd had to move. I highly recommend Arnold Jones services. Thank you so much!

I had another company come look at my AC today. They noticed that the evaporator coil was rusted and the unit was low on Freon. I’m not sure why the Arnold Jones technician didn’t look at the air handler evaporator coil. He only focused on the outside unit. The tech today took all the panels off of the air handler and found a Freon leak and a rusty coil. I would like to be reimbursed for the service fee that I paid to Arnold Jones. I feel as if your tech did not check everything and took my money. He told me nothing was wrong and basically what I was noticing was not happening. I should have never let him go without him checking the entire system. I had to pay another company a service call fee today to find the problem that you did not look for nor find. I wouldn’t use this company!

Terry and Jay came today to resolve an issue. As always, they are great to work with. They made the necessary adjustments to the new system and explained everything thoroughly. I have only good things to say about Arnold Jones Services. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat! Thanks!

I scheduled my AC check with Arnold Jones Services and could not have been more pleased. The technician , Jarod Fogleman ,arrived on time and he exceeded all expectations! Jarod took the time to explain and answer my questions, as well as being courteous and knowledgeable. He represented the company in a very professional manner and I was extremely pleased. I used this company several years ago, and decided to make a change and go back to them. I am so glad I did and will continue to schedule my maintenance and any problems that may arise with my system in the future with Arnold Jones Services.

Everything was good until scheduling the inspection. I was told someone had to be available at the house for an eight hour day because they didn’t know when the inspector would get to the house. I told them no one is that important to wait eight hours for an inspection, my time valuable too. The inspection was rescheduled and was completed within the first two hours of the scheduled date. Imagine that.

I have used Arnold Jones services for many years and have always had a good experience. They show up when they say they will. They always explain everything and lay out your options if repairs are needed. They went above and beyond to make sure I had an air conditioner unit when my unit went out last august and the parts were on back order. I highly recommend them.

We have been customers with Arnold Jones Services for over twenty years. They installed our HVAC unit in 1998 and we have had nothing but the best experiences over the years. This week they replaced the entire unit which was worn out after all the years of use. We couldn't have asked for any better service. The technicians were competent, efficient and friendly and courteous. Nobody touches our equipment but Arnold Jones Services.

The heat went out again after Arnold Jones worked on it last Saturday. I called and within an hour Jay was on the way. Just like Ronnie, he was friendly, courteous and professional. We think the problem was just a loose switch. All I know is it's running now...at no additional cost!
