Arnold Jones Services Heating & Air Conditioning

Have always used Arnold Jones. Very professional and I really like how they consider your situation (whether it's finacial, time,etc) when offering service. Very knowledgeable and always pleasant to deal with.

Very satisfied all the way around. They let me know in advance when Grayson was on the way and expected to arrive for the initial service call. Arrived earlier than originally told, which was good. Grayson was cool. Professional manner, respectful of the house and property and thoroughly explained everything done, needed and why. Great job!!!

Ended up having to replace the 20+ year old heat pump and air handler. Esteban came out for that and was very thorough and professional, both he and his help on the job. Everything was explained in advance so that there were no surprises or hiccups and it was a clean, precise and quick project execution. Another great job!!

As per our annual service agreement with Arnold Jones, their technician, Jarrod, performed spring servicing on our heating and air systems and was very professional, courteous and thorough in checking out our systems and informed us of his findings and recommendations. Our heat went out the morning of the coldest Christmas Eve on record. We called several places and were placed on the emergency list. Two other companies scheduled times for the repair person to come but neither of them showed. After waisting time waiting on the no shows, I called Arnold Jones Service as a last ditch effort and was told they could have someone come out on Christmas Day. Andrea was very kind and assured me someone would respond. She even called to follow up the morning of and told us where we were in line. Jay came before the scheduled time and quickly figured out what was going on. He was very professional and polite. I can’t say enough good things about the company and the employees we encountered. Thank you for literally saving our Christmas.

Grayson showed up exactly at the earliest end of the time window, 1:00 -4:00. He was very friendly and committed that my dogs looked like they were smiling. I could tell he was a dog person. He proceeded to check my HVAC system. He cleaned my electrostatic filter and serviced my system. When he finished he informed me that he rolled my hose up. I had unrolled it for him to use; that really impressed me. He closed and locked the gate when he finished. He informed me of all he did and that my system was in great condition. I highly recommend Arnold Jones for your HVAC needs. Grayson was great.

Jarod gave the quickest response and solved the clogged AC drain professionally. He helped get us out of the big trouble in the hot Summer. Well done, thank you so much, Jarod!
