Jay did an excellent job on my furnace repair. Very friendly and very knowledgeable.

This was not my first time using Arnold Jones Services Heat and Air, but it was my first time having Trevor service my A/C. He arrived on time (yes!) and I told him what was going on he immediately checked out the thermostat and A/C. Found the problem, removed the part, explained how it worked and replaced it with a new one. Very professional and polite. Thanks Trevor!!!
