Grainger Industrial Supply

Ordered a metal bookcase online and had it shipped here. Cheapest quality, flimsy metal I have ever seen. Damaged out of the box. No time to wait for a replacement. I always thought Grainger had top quality stuff.

Took my client there to return wheels for his wheelchair. The lady that helped us was very kind and helpful. She actually went above her duties I felt. She looked up the website for the actual wheel and printed it out for us. Made it very easy for us to order the wheel when we got home. Thanks so much. Wish I knew her name.

Order motor oil online and after 17 days i had to cancel the order because they would not send me the product. Their explanation was that the their vendor did not send it to them itself. Why would you put something to sale when you cannot meet the deadline to mail the item? joke

Had my order ready in just a few days, and e-mailed me as soon as it was in the store. Also diligently searched for another item that unfortunately had been sent back due to failure to pickup in time , and reordered promptly. Much appreciated.

Terrible customer service! I purchased an $800 generator from them. Gentleman comes over to set it up. It's broken. He loads up this 400lb generator and takes back and they won't exchange it!!! He had to find someone who would fix it under warranty. This generator still had tags and stickers on it. I will NEVER go back!!!!

We were in the store on Monday 6/1. Store service was good. Chris was very friendly and helpful in identifying the pump we needed. He was a pleasure to deal with.We had to order it from another location. They said they would call when it came in on Wednesday or Thursday. They took my number and put it on three places of the order. No call Wednesday or Thursday. Late Friday afternoon I called and got a main distribution number, they said the items was in the store and had been for several days. I couldn't get by as the store closes at 530. It is Saturday and they are closed. Weekend project just got washed out. Now I will have to wait another week. Based on this experience I would say their follow up is greatly lacking. Looking elsewhere this weekend to find another resource if I can.

Amazing services and friendly employees we were looking for a motor and they helped us to find it plus opened up an account for us so quickly that I was impressed thank you so much.
Excellent service

I bought a 4 bags of a product called Quick Dam 9×17ft bags. Hoped they would stop the flow of water in my basement. Product is no good. Product failure. I am going to contact Grainger for refund. Not sure if they will take the product back since it was used. However product is not what is advertises. Its a gimmick
Grainger is a great store. They have goods that Lowes and H Depot does have in stock.

Called knowing only that I needed a water pump. Unsure of exactly what I need was transferred to tech help line. Ask a few questions told were to find info and boom had part shipped to nearest location next day. The staff there was polite also.
