Hands down the best fab shop I've worked in and the guy I work under (Jeff) is the best boss I've ever had. You have his back and he's got yours. There's slot of room for improvement at this company as well. I have no complaints

I worked for the company for 25 years. My boss at the time got caught stealing from the company. They moved him to another position but he fired others for lesser offenses. He's still working there. Does this sound like an equal opportunity company?
