C T's Heat A/C Service LLC

We called CT on a Sunday morning after we woke up and noticed that our heat was not working. He made it to our house within one hour and he had our heat fixed in no time at all. He was fast, polite, and reasonably priced. We were very happy that we called CT and we will call him in the future for any of our heating and air needs!

My AC stopped blowing cold air on Tuesday night. I called CT Wednesday (4th of July) and to my surprise he answered the phone. CT told me to call him the next day in the morning which I did. I also called a “bigger” company but they told me they could not see me until next week. The very same morning CT came out and diagnosed my unit to have a blown compressor. CT then took it upon himself to find the compressor, personally pick it up instead of having it shipped, submit my warranty paperwork with his supplier and come to install the compressor a couple of days later. CT’s price was very reasonable for all the work he did. I would highly recommend his services. From now I will contact CT for all my AC related issues.

I’ve been dealing with CT for 3 yrs now because he’s my landlords “go to” (assuming because of his cheap pricing) EVERY year it’s the same issue. AC runs NON STOP and doesn’t cool down the house and we end up with $300+ electric bills.. We called because it continues to consistently run and it’s not cooling the house. He storms into my house speed walking through the hall, looks at the thermostat (which is broken and doesn’t read correctly, it’s old) raising his voice saying “it’s fine! Nothings wrong! Don’t call me anymore! I don’t like coming out on a Sunday!” As he storms back out the door and hops into his truck and leaves.. I stood in disbelief. I didn’t even get to say a word or get half way down the hall and he was already storming back and out the door... EXTREMELY RUDE!! I still can not believe what I experienced. And my AC is STILL running! It’s now noon and he came storming in at 8:00am.

June 2019 serviced my HVAC by spraying it out without removing the outside enclosement.
Nov. 15 2019 I texted to tell him that I was not happy with service his company had provided by not opening the unit up and now I'm smelling gas. If he would personally come to look at it I would give him another chance. He replied this way of servicing works and since I'm not happy I can get someone else.
I called my gas company and he said could be a cracked heat exchanger.
Before I could get another HVAC company to look at it on Nov 18 I smelled something burning. Called fire department. They found 45 ppm of carbon monoxide in my home.
This could have killed the people in my home!! If we had not of had a carbon monoxide detector and a keen sense of smell.
This could have been prevented if they had of opened up the 19 year old unit and saw the rusted hole in it.
I would not trust my life to his company no matter what the price.

CT was great!!! I called on a Saturday night and he arrived early Sunday morning. He knew exactly what he was doing. CT was very personable, professional, and provided reasonable pricing (especially on a Sunday). He's definitely the "Go To Guy" I will definitely recommend CT.

Exceptional service!
I called at 8:40pm on a Wednesday night, he answered the phone immediately, and committed to being at my house no later than 10:00am Thursday morning. (He actually apologized for not being able to fix it Wednesday night.) He called at 9:00am Thursday asking me to shut the unit off completely, was there by 9:30am, and had it fixed by 9:50am. In addition, he was very polite and the price was reasonable!

He walked into my home with an attitude! He wanted to see the thermostat which I took him to. He told me to get out of the way and I kindly told him to get out of my house. I couldn't believe his attitude!

CT heating and air came out and told me what I needed done and was very knowledgeable, prices reasonable, very professional and a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend this business to anybody. I definitely will contact them for any other heating and air needs that I have! Thanks CT!

Had a blower motor go out during a recent snowfall. They came right out, had the part on the truck and the unit was fixed in less than an hour. Great Service!

Small company, down home type of guy.
Much more affordable than any of the big box company's. Highly recomend.
