Rich is awesome! He came out and fixed an ongoing issue I had with my Hvac unit for a few summers in one visit. He uses great products and does it right the first time.

With that being said, Rich is the guy who answered the phone, and even though I was not in his service area, he was incredibly helpful in giving me guidance on what to be looking for. I had some general questions that he took the time to answer for me. In this day and age there are not many people who will take the time to help you if it isn't of benefit to them.
