I recently built a home and have had plumbing issues that remain unresolved after 6 months. Rich was kind enough to provide professional counsel and morale support via phone despite the fact I am limited by my warranty to use the builder’s subcontractor for the first year. Once it expires, I will definitely return to Rich for future needs. Thank you Rich for your kindness to a stranger!

Rich and Brandon were both amazing. Very friendly, fast, and professional. They rolled right with the shenanigans that come with walking through my front door and it was like being around people we already had a relationship with, not people we were meeting for the first time. Brandon with Pinnacle came by my apartment in order to service a frozen Central Air Unit, which I had neglected to have serviced in several years. Brandon quickly had the unit unfrozen and blowing cold air throughout within the hour, and could not have been more helpful, polite, or knowledgeable.
