Jason and his team at Cornerstone were a pleasure to deal with. We received 3 bids to replace our HVAC system. Cornerstone was competitive to the other bids. I ultimately selected Jason's bid as I felt he was the most responsive and professional. They were able to install our unit within 24hrs of signing the quote. I made the right decision. I highly recommend Cornerstone.

Jason has taken care of all my propane gas issues from installation of the gas lines and tank to issues I consulted with him. Jason is personable, competent, and never charged for follow-up appointments. I had problems with my propane fireplace (none of them due to the gas line), but he kindly checked the gas lines and he determines that the fireplace regulator was the problem. I appreciated that he went beyond his duty to help with my fireplace.

Jason came out and evaluated our system within 3 hours of us contacting him. After he determined we needed a new unit, we applied for financing in less than 5 minutes and were contacted by him to schedule an install date. 36 hours later, our system was installed. Jason even came back after his team had left to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and was as efficient as possible. In addition to a 5 star rating, Cornerstone Comfort has our hvac business for years to come.

Throughout the whole process Jason and his team were on time, reliable, communicated well, explained all options, answered all of our questions, quick and most importantly provided excellent service. Same day service was excellent. Service tech. Cody diagnosed the problem and had my furnace repaired within a hour. He also safety checked the unit for our peace of mind. My unit is old and will need to be replaced but I did not feel pressure to do it now.

Have to give a shout out to Cornerstone Hearing and Air. Jason, Chris and the crew did an excellent job of replacing my upstairs hearing and cooling unit. Professional, courteous and on time. Units were replaced in one day and when they left everything was cleaned up and you never knew they were here. Great service and value. Highly recommend this local company.

Christian came out and an inspection of the system to make sure everything was running well. He did a thorough job, and we will be having him back to do maintenance twice a year. Used them because many people have been quite happy using Cornerstone that I know personally. Am happy to say they do live up to their reputation!

There are not words to express how impressed and happy I am with this company! We had to have our entire home air system and duct work replaced. From start to finish everything and everyone was perfect. I especially like there were no fancy sales tactics to dazzle you into believing they are the best.
