Excellent customer service from the phone call with Jason to the service visit from Christian Lynch. Christian was here within 2 hours from my call and right on time. He was very pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable. He not only explained the problem but also showed me. I was very happy with the service and the cost of the repair. I would highly recommend this company and will contine to use them in the future. It was good to find a company that you can trust. Thank you Cornerstone Heating and Cooling. So I was in serious need of service as my AC went out Tuesday morning. I called a couple company’s and I settled with cornerstone as I saw a lot of great reviews from next door. From the jump Cornerstone was very polite and punctual. They arrived at my house and a nice gentle named Chris I believe helped me. He went above and beyond trying to get my current ac to work. Even going the extra mile to FaceTime his boss and go through extra steps to save me money. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix it and offered me a new unit. I asked him to get me the best price possible. He responded with I promise we will have the best price possible. To be on the safe side I called a couple other company’s for quotes and they all ranged with the absolute highest being from Morris and Jenkins. I immediately called cornerstone back and went with there service. They arrived 2 days later and fixed the machine. I highly recommend using cornerstone for all your heating and cooling needs.

Jason was very professional, and they were able to fit me in quickly. He made sure to thoroughly inspect the entire AC system, and found a few different issues (its an older unit). He promptly made the necessary repairs and I'm very grateful to be sleeping on a cool house tonight!!! Would ABSOLUTELY recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are honest, professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Having had AC issues the entire time I've lived in my house (7 years) and having numerous service calls to different companies and even replacing the outdoor unit, I've never had the upstairs keep up with the temp its set to on a hot day. Jason's (the owner who you actually meet which is very personable and transparent in my opinion) knowledge and expertise helped fix my ongoing problem and was a very fair and honest price. I will recommend them to everyone!

Jason and Cornerstone were exceptional from start to finish on a new gas furnace installation completed today. Reasonable pricing and top quality work distinguish these folks from the others. They are extremely responsive and attentive. I'll never go anywhere else.

On initial call, Jason was out to the house within 2 hours. He was honest and straightforward while fixing the issue but did tell us that sooner than later we would need to replace our system. The positive in that is being able to schedule this and not being left on a freezing cold day/night unexpectedly with no heat!
He had quotes emailed to us within an hour and we had our appt for our new system scheduled within the week.
Installment went very smooth and took less time than expected. He personally came back out to make sure everything looked as he expected and everything was working as expected.
Response time with these guys is remarkable, professionalism along with being incredibly personable makes Cornerstone Comfort a top notch business that I will gladly recommend to anyone seeking heating and air work!

Jason and his crew are super friendly and professional! They are fair and reasonably priced. They provided several options from a short term fix to a system replacement. They work with your schedule to get the job done. I would definitely recommend Cornerstone Comfort and will do business with them again.

I have met three of the gentleman that work for this company, and all of them have been incredibly knowledgeable about the services I needed. All of my questions/concerns were fully answered before leaving the job. I received estimates quickly for the issues that were found. I am a mom to four small children and this alone can be intimidating for some when they walk into my home. Cornerstone is very patient with the chaotic atmosphere they walk into as we needed their assistance with the thermostat etc. We had numerous issues we were trying to fix without replacing the whole system due to the cost. Jason attempted to fix the problem we had discussed as a temporary fix and he quickly realized that this was not the issue and that it was the motherboard. I am thankful he was able to find the exact problem and did not charge us for any unnecessary work. A company that cares about the quality of work being done is a company you can count on. Also to note, I had a tech come out the same day with our heating issues. I called around before I called cornerstone and no one could get us scheduled until the following week(middle of winter with small children, have to have heat). We will only use Cornerstone in the future for our repair needs.

Was able to squeeze a same day repair for heating problem through their busy schedule. Tyler is nice, courteous and easy to talk to. He explained to me what is causing the problem and what he has done to fix it. Costumer service is also easy to talk to. $90 for diagnosis and almost $60 for repair with no parts replaced. Thank you!
