Chad was fantastic! Had new install scheduled for Monday and he called late afternoon on a Friday and let me know the new equipment had arrived! He wanted permission to install at 3:45 on a FRIDAY!! He didn’t want my mom to be without AC over the weekend. THAT’S SERVICE!! Chad and his crew were cleaned up and gone by 7:15! Unit was tested and mom had cool air! Thanks again Cornerstone! We’ll never use anyone else!

I was very pleased at how quickly they came out after I called (within 2 hours). I had another company tell me previously, that the entire furnace needed to be replaced. Cornerstone not only saved us thousands of dollars by repairing the furnace (which has many more years left on it according to them) but found a dangerous carbon monoxide leak, which had been overlooked by previous tune ups/repairs. I found their staff to be very knowledgeable, prices reasonable and I will be using them from now on!

After having another company no call no show during a hot day when our attic unit was leaking into the ceiling Jason made it out to our house later in the evening no questions asked. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He was able to quickly diagnose a few problems early and came back days later for a comprehensive cleaning and service. Extremely reasonable pricing and outstanding service. I would recommend Cornerstone to anyone in the Charlotte area!

We had Cornerstone Comfort replace all the duct work under our home. When I initially called them to come out and look at the job -they were there the same day - the same morning! We asked them to do the job and they arrived on time and did the whole project in one day. They were very professional and we could not have been happier. This was about 1 month ago. Last night I turned on the air conditioning and found 1 vent was not working. I messaged them at 8pm and had a response within minutes. They were there this morning by 9am to solve the issue. Once again, we couldn't be happier. I whole hardheartedly recommend Cornerstone Comfort and will certainly use them in the future!
