Cornerstone Comfort Heating & Cooling

Our builder chose Cornerstone. They installed a Lennox unit, which died within a month of moving in. Thus the reason for 4 stars. Our brand new house had window units to cool it all summer long as Cornerstone waited for parts for Lennox. Today, Marques and his crew were finally able to repair/replace our units. They were professional, upbeat and thorough. No more window units!!! Thank you!

Air conditioning quit working. Called and they came out the same day. Austin was great, explained everything and had us back working quickly without having to spend to much money. We will definitely use cornerstone in the future!

Jason and his team was very professional and most of all honest about everything . Quickly diagnose the problem and filled all paper work with the manufacture warranty for new parts to be ordered and installed on a later date as the AC parts was covered under manufacturer warranty. I have used cornerstone comfort 4 other times!!! you can not get a better customer service and quick same day fix with any other company. Customer service and Honesty is number 1 in my book and this company has showed me over and over how they go above and beyond to help customers. Thanks Guys!!!!

Marques was very friendly and professional! He did an excellent job of explaining things concerning our
maintenance system check today. Also, he took the time to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend Marques and his team at Cornerstone Comfort!

Tyler came on time and we got a text when he was on the way as was promised. He immediately knew what our issue was and had our AC fixed in about 20 minutes. He didn't try to pressure us into paying for things we don't need and was very courteous. He explained everything well to us and the price was agreeable. This isn't the first time we have used Cornerstone Comfort over the years for our old ac unit. I honestly feel like Cornerstone Comfort is trustworthy which is a big statement coming from a skeptical person like me.

Called on a Thursday because my heat would not turn on and Haley answered the phone was very nice answered all questions and had their repair tech Cody out same day, he diagnosed the problem and told me what it would be to fix it and i decided it was better for a new HVAC system which he did not pressure me into just gave me his personal advice. Haley and Tammy at the office was able to help me pay and schedule for the next day. Chad and his crew came out and was very professional and installed a brand new unit and made sure it worked before they left. They were clean and left no mess what so ever. I appreciate them coming on such short notice and getting my unit complete on a Friday evening without cutting any corners.

I reached out to Cornerstone via email to schedule routine maintenance and got a response same day. Since it wasn't urgent they were able to schedule a time that worked for me. The tech came out and finished his work efficiently. Turns out I have a leak and he gave me realistic options and recommendations. If/when I need a new system or replacement I will be calling them to do the work.

I needed repair for on the auxiliary portion of my furnace. I called several other companies who were un empathetic that I didn’t have heat, because I didn’t have a required prepaid maintenance plan with them. Cornerstones response was much different. Jason arrived at my house 30 mins or so after talking to him. He wasn’t able to do the repair that day bc a part needed to be ordered. However, my problem was intermittent so he adjusted the thermostat so I could have heat with the heat pump. The following morning (on a Sunday ) the system failed again and he took the time to help me tweak the thermostat further, through text messaging me to get the heat back on. Thank you Jason. He came back on Monday and did the repair. They are on par with competitive pricing. Professional , polite honest. You will not regret choosing Cornerstone.

2021 UPDATE: Many years later from our original post, we are still very satisfied with Cornerstone Comfort! We have had them do periodic maintenance and a couple of service calls. They are always fast and reliable. Thank you Cornerstone!!!

When our unit went out 3 hours before hosting a surprise 40th birthday party, we were in desperate need for fast help. Jason was there right away to identify the problem and get a quick solution. We ultimately chose to upgrade our system. Jason explained our options and provided a recommendation. We could not be happier with our unit or Jason's level of customer service!!
