We recently called the folks at Biggs HVAC to clean and service our ten year old AC unit and we are so glad that we did. We bought the house this winter and discovered that it was not cooling properly. Brandon came out and we were so impressed with his patience and professionalism. He took his time and cleaned the system thoroughly and got everything working like it was new! What a relief! Their pricing was very fair and honest and it's nice in a day and time where many businesses are just looking to take your money and provide sub-par services to have a company like Biggs and a technician like Brandon to count on. We have been using Biggs HVAC for almost 10 years to maintain our 1996 Trane unit. The bi-annual checkups are a major reason this system is still working along with the expertise of the Service Reps. Our most recent service rep (Tevin) was very polite, knowledgeable, and thorough in cleaning and inspecting our system. Scheduling with Amy is a breeze and techs like Tevin instill confidence that our system will continue to meet our needs. Highly recommended!

I wish I could give Biggs HVAV 10 stars. They are incredible! The crew that put my new HVAC. In were awesome. They were on time and fast but still incredibly detailed. They treated my stuff like it was there’s. I’d recommend them to anyone. They will be my lifetime HVAC company.
