Came by today to perform a scheduled maintenance on our HVAC system. Brad, the technician was very informative and helpful. Other than a capacitor our system looked OK. With our yearly maintenance agreement we will have one other free inspection in 6 months. I would recommend them highly.

Ok, now that I have you're attention, I've been meaning to write this review since they came out and replaced our HVAC system six months ago, and time has just gotten away from me. Any company can do a good job on in a best case scenario, it's how they handle the bad and worst case scenarios that tell you the most about them.
During our first interaction with them replacing our dead HVAC, one of their crew put his foot through my daughters ceiling. A room I spent quite a bit of time remodeling myself before she was born.
They immediately called my attention to it, and I had a phone call from a drywall company within hours. The drywall guy came within a day or so, and a couple days after that we had painters on site. This was one of the best "Something went wrong" customer service experiences I've ever had.
At this point, we've had our upstairs HVAC replaced, had them run an electrical line 200 feet to our shed, and this morning they came out to troubleshoot our electric tankless hot water heater and will be replacing it with a conventional one in the next day or so.
When our HVAC system went out, I found these guys and they were surprisingly local to my house. We already had a couple system quotes in, and figured we'd give them a shot.
Rob, one of their HVAC salesmen, came out and immediately gave a great impression. I knew what some of our pitfalls of the system were (like our attic duct work needing to be replaced) and he identified the same pitfalls and talked about them in a matter of fact, upfront manner. The other HVAC guys either didn't recognize the pitfalls, or would try to tiptoe around them. When the unit we ordered was out of stock (this was during the height of COVID related supply issues for the time), we were promptly notified and provided with an equivalent (and in my mind, slightly better) option, at no cost. (it was a little more expensive)
When it was time to install the system, it felt like everyone in the company was at my house. They started the work bright and early in the morning that day, and worked to ensure it was only a one day job. They were doing final system inspections and had someone here until pretty late that evening to make sure it was absolutely right.
We had such a great experience that we decided to get a quote from their electrician on some work we've had trouble getting done. We wanted to have a 220v line ran to our shed, and were finding it difficult to get a quality electrician to commit to the job. Chris came out and quoted us the work. Again, this person was knowledgeable about the task, was upfront about some of the issues of our existing electrical situation, and provided us with a prompt quote for the work. Again another one day job, they arrived first thing in the morning. I hadn't finished some site prep work before they arrived unfortunately, but they took care of it anyway and got me up and running that afternoon. Again, reasonable prices, knowledgeable craftsmen, and efficient quality work.
So, when our electric tankless hot water heater started giving us problems, we naturally went to them first. The technician arrived shortly after 8AM. Again, up front honest conversation about the issues surrounding it (it appears the previous homeowner installed the electric tankless system himself, a fact we already knew), and we discussed our options. We will be going back to a conventional electric hot water heater tomorrow (which, again, I was impressed with the timeline), and correcting the substandard electrical work the previous homeowner did for the tankless system.
So, if you're at this point in the review, obviously I have a lot of good things to say about this company. I never really review anything online, but I've been so impressed with this company that I felt I needed to provide my input. They have been the best company we've dealt with so far for our house maintenance. If you're needing a service they provide, give them a call.

I have use Biggs for about 9 years now. The first time was when my HVAC system broke and of course it was winter and 10 degrees outside. Since then, I have used them for 2 homes and get my regular service twice a year. Maintaining the service account has saved me money in repairs as they will then warranty the parts. Almost every summer, I have an issue with capacitors in my units and they have always fixed them for me. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Biggs Heating & Air Conditioning put a new heating & air system in our office, Brent Adams & Associates in Dunn, NC. We could not have made a better choice by having them perform this work for our office. Mr. Jernigan and all of the workers were very professional, very friendly and worked during some of the hottest weather we have had and rain. They done this to try and get us up and running as quickly as possible. I would recommend them to anyone that needs heating and air work done. They are also reasonable with their prices.
