HVAC diagnostics. Arrived early, very professional, graciously answered all my questions and did a thorough job. I was very impressed by the service technician that provided the service.

We have used Biggs for many years for both installation and maintenance of our HVAC systems. They are experienced professionals in every way, and the office staff is wonderful! We've been totally happy with their services.

Annual HVAC maintenance performed. Tech Aaron P. arrived early, was respectful of property, performed service skillfully and courteously. Have been a customer of Biggs for more years than I care to remember and have always been satisfied with the service provided by office staff and field techs.

I highly recommend the company. They are very prompt and reasonably priced. The technicians are courteous and informative. I was explained the problem, shown the bad part, and they also checked out the rest of my system.

The Technician Kevin is one of the best. He is very courteous, well-mannered and considerate. He makes sure that everything is clean and running efficiently. He gave us an up-to-date assessment about the current condition of the unit because we have an older system. I had gotten an estimate, for a new system, earlier this year. I appreciate the good service because that is so hard to come by. .

Aaron did a great job of cleaning our HVAC systems and kept us informed of any issues. We're glad we heard about Biggs and their services from Ryan at Matrix Painters Inc. We will use Biggs for plumbing and electrical work as we just moved into this house and need some services.

It is so hard to find an honest and reliable A/C HVAC company that does the job needed, and done right without worrying if their technicians get bonuses for the more work they can get out of you. Briggs is NOT that. This company is better than great! Their customer service is where it starts and it was a definite go from the beginning. Our technician was Brad. I cannot say enough about him and his knowledge and professionalism. Like two other company’s have tried to do in the past, he did not try to up charge me on anything, and he repaired exactly what was needed. He could have told me anything. The unit is in the attic. I am sold on Briggs now ( first time customer) and will stay with them as long as needed. Thank you!!!

Highly recommended!! We have used Biggs for over 3 years and just had an Air conditioner replaced. We love their main range plan. Such a great group of knowledgeable and professional people.

I had an issue with my heat pump so I called to schedule a diagnostic appointment. Biggs was able to send John out in the afternoon on the same day to diagnose the problem. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue on the spot with the materials and supplies in his van in no time at all! I didn't realize how bad my unit was working until John fixed it!
