Just had our yearly maintenance service completed by their technician, Danny. From the office to the at home technician - Excellent service, friendly and professional, and punctual/ responsive. These qualities are qualities we've continued to experience with this company. We find value savings in the yearly maintenance agreement and the information shared by the technician that allows us to continue to properly care for the installed system and see savings there as well.

Service technicians just finished installing the under warranty part. Excellent COVID-19 protective measures adhered to by technicians- Thank you so much! Heater working great and work site tidy. Technicians prompt and courteous. Before leaving the technician made sure we received a summary of what what completed, answered our questions, and reminded us that we can contact them anytime if there were any future concerns/ questions. Great Company!

We have been Biggs customers since 2016 and all of our experiences have been great. Our concerns and questions are always answered, there isnt pressure put on the customer to buy, and the work is quality and affordable. Aaron has been our tech since we've been here to service our systems and he is always punctual and professional. Highly recommend Biggs for heating and cooling in the Raleigh area.

I have been a customer of Biggs HVAC for over ten years. They installed both of my heat pumps. I have service contracts on both of my units. Biggs has always done a Great job every time they come out (Every 6 months for service). The technicians are very professional and always do a Great job. Everyone at the office, Amy and all the office staff that handle the day to day operations, always are very friendly and do a Great job. I am very Happy with this terrific company, and I give them my highest recommendation.

Jonathan came to service my HVAC. He took his time with my old unit, and was very patient and knowledgeable in answering the multiple questions I had. Because of his astute service, I intend to keep my annual maintenance plan with Biggs. Thank you for the kind help. I always enjoy meeting people who are wonderful at what they do.

Biggs has never disappointed and for our most recent regular servicing, Caleb couldn't possibly have been more respectful and professional. From the top down, Biggs has been excellent to us. A friend recently asked if I "got a guy" in HVAC that I could recommend to him. "A guy?" I responded. "I have an entire company fully worth recommending."

We had Biggs install 2 entire new HVAC systems at our house in 2011. I chose them because of their service reviews. We have had nothing but continued good service from them. Although we did not keep a maintenance plan on our other systems, we have had it on these units twice a year. We even found out that our builder did not install a strong enough unit to cover our second and third floors. The techs for our servicing always arrive on time, are neat, and have always been courteous. So far so good.

They did electrical repairs which allowed me to install a new electric range. The service representative was very polite and helpful. I would definitely use this company again. Helena

Having used other companies in the past, Biggs has my utmost loyalty because of the high quality of all their services, customer support and personnel like Aaron.

Outstanding company. Bought our HVAC system from them a while back. Great unit and yearly service contract is well worth it. Each person doing service has been very efficient, courteous and professional.

I've used Biggs for awhile and purchased two HVAC units from them in recent years and just this week had them install an outdoor faucet on my deck. I'm very happy with their service and responsiveness. Even when there's an issue they always make it right. Amy in the office is AWESOME!
