Justin was very detailed in explaining the maintenance processes before and after completion of servicing the heating/AC units. Was a nice and well mannered gentleman and very articulate in his explanation of his planned activities of the job. He's a keeper for Select. Gary Wheeler

Heat pump stopped working. Justin gave us his best guess, called the office for a second opinion, he found out our unit was still under warranty, then communicated some options. After getting a detailed explanation of what could be done we settled on having the unit fixed under warranty. Justin got us the appropriate paperwork, filled it out for us, and detailed the claim process in less than fifteen minutes.

The warranty was/is a nightmare. It's been three months and the company servicing the warranty paperwork is so behind that they themselves finally relented and green lit the fix. Not Select Heating and Airs fault.

The morning after Justin received the part we needed he called me to see if he could work on the unit as he knew we had waited months. The swap was done that day. He did not leave until the unit proved that it was fully functional.

My wife wants a service plan with Select because of the experience we've had. I've already recommended them to family members that live in the area.

I would like to give a big shout out to maintenance tech Justin with Select Heating and Air! What a great guy, very dependable and has excellent communication skills. This man is the most responsive in the business and provides world class service that is second to none! The world needs more people like Justin! Thank you!

Great experience from start to finish.

My compressor died on an old gaspack in the middle of summer. They came out quickly to investigate and troubleshoot.

Both options, replacing the compressor or buying a new unit, were presented clearly. I opted for replacement due to age and condition of the unit.

New unit install was scheduled and completed faster than I had hoped.

Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Highly recommend.

This company is fantastic. Between the lady who takes the calls and the guys who come to service and the owner. I was really really pleased with the service this place has given us. All 3 times we called them they were able to diagnose things quickly for a repair, not too expensive, and gave us pleanty of options for a new HVAC system. I would highly recommend them, the head service guy is great, he communicates well and let's you know what he is seeing and what needs to be fixed, The rest of the guys were really polite and clean while working. Just over all completely satisfied with this company. We have had so many issues with our old HVAC unit, and finally could afford a new one and we're really glad we went with select heating and air. Fantastic job guys! Thank you!

Great ac/heating company! We've been calling them over the past 9 years, they have always been honest with us, giving us the most affordable options as well. Another excellent experience with Rodney today! Kind, quick, honest, and thorough.

Had a new system installed and had to call them a week later. Not long after, it struggled again. They forgot to cap off the refrigerant so it leaked several pounds. Here we are again, unable to cool my house when temps hit the 80s. It seems like they have no idea what they're doing. I can't expect to get a decent life out of the new system when it has always struggled to run. It's frustrating to spend $5,000 on something that isn't right. If you want a system installed or maintained correctly, you probably need to look elsewhere.

They got our non working heat back running. Did a good job diagnosing the problem, but the follow-up is ongoing, and the information we requested still has not been sent to us.

I would not use this place. I purchased a home in franklinton less than 3 years ago with a select unit. I've had to have it serviced 3x in less than 3 years SMH.... Plus, no one answered the"so-called" emergency maintenance number. If you are a home owner i suggest finding another company for your HVAC/ heating needs!!
