They stand behind their HVAC installations and clearly care greatly about customer satisfaction. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. They also have very fast response times when service is needed. Their technicians are skilled and get the job done promptly with good workmanship.

Gave them two stars for fast response. He was here 30 minutes changed out capacitor and told me the part is $161. I googled it and capacitors cost around $20. Total charge was $246. Over priced for what needed to be done. It took 5 minutes to change part. The rest of time waiting and testing the part.

I had my winter service today. It is a paid biannual setvice. Apparently I am close to the draft motor burning out which will leave me with no heat. I was told by the tech nothing would be done and not to worry it wouldn't be more than a thousand dollars when it goes out. I am stunned at the total lack of concern and the obvious attempt to grab more of my money in the future instead of taking corrective measures. I have tried four times to get through on the phone and no one will answer or call me back. Do yourself a favor and go to a different business.

Select heating and air are reasonably priced and do great work. Call back when you leave a message. The don't try to sell you something you don't need. Their advice I take for I know its what's best and not just to make a dollar

These guys are great! Professional, friendly, personable, and quick in responding. I have nothing but great things to say about Select Heating and Air. As long as I reside in Creedmoor, NC, they will ALWAYS be the company I work with when having HVAC issues.

This is a small local company that has been there every time I call for help. They just replaced our 25 year old heat pump and it works great!!!

Great customer service and fast turn around on appointments!

I know there is a charge for a service call but I have already spent a lot just to get window units so my family doesn’t stay hot. I don’t understand why it cannot be added to the quote. Who ever can do it gets the job. I have been without my hbac unit for two weeks now.
