Cozy Heating and Air

With the wind chill being so cold it freezes a furnace drain line, it's a wonderful gift to have Will from Cozy be able to help us on Christmas Eve of all days. He took care of another neighbor and came straight to our house later in the evening and knocked out a quick permanent fix for the drain. I highly doubt I'll have anymore issues with my furnace! Great guy, wonderful disposition and able to whip up a quick but solid solution to any HVAC issues. The service was very reasonably priced, especially for being on a holiday evening! Cozy is on my list of call backs for whatever ails my HVAC or AC!

My AC unit on the 2nd floor was blowing out hot. I was lucky to find William. He came out and had my unit working in no time. He is friendly and prices are fair.

William is very knowledgeable of his craft, he checked out my system and determined it did not need servicing and did not charge me for his service.

William is a magician. Our downstairs AC stopped working and we also had a leak upstairs from our air handler. William came out and was able to fix both issues he didn't stop until I had cold air again. I would highly recommend him.

Capacitor went out on compressor. William came all the way from Creedmoor to SW Durham to replace at 9:00pm. Top notch service. Definitely takes care of his customers
