Eric was very professional and really went the extra mile to get to know my system and provide excellent customer service. Eric called up the manufacturer of my Lennox unit while sitting in our cramped 1000 degree attic to confirm warranty status and see what exactly would be covered under the manufacturers warranty. He was very thorough in his review and gave me some tips on things I can monitor and maintain on my own. I’m very pleased with todays visit and will continue to do business with Carolina HVAC services. Highly recommended!
