He fixed me up in an hours time. Eric also texted me two days later to follow up with me and make sure everything was still operating well. I appreciate him so much and highly recommend. Impressive from first contact. Great communication - email, text and phone updates. Eric was on-time, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what/why/how on everything. Found a couple minor issues that he was able to fix on the spot. We have 2 additional properties that we will have Carolina HVAC service in the near future. I contacted Eric with Carolina HVAC Services when my homes HVAC unit went out in the middle of a 90 degree day. He was on his way to another appointment, and was able to squeeze me in. From the time we spoke on the phone to the time he was at my door was about 15 minutes. He was in and out within 30-45 minutes. Eric was very knowledgeable about many aspects of the HVAC installation process, maintenance, and repairs. He did not try and sell me on a new HVAC unit, rather he explained how to care for the one I had and gave me estimates on how much a new unit would cost. Not only that but he was very respectful to me and my home and even put booties on when he came into my home. As a real estate agent and home owner, I know that I and my clients are being taken care of it I call Eric with Carolina HVAC Services. I will definitely recommend and will be using them again for my HVAC problems.

Eric with Carolina HVAC Services was very responsive and professional from the very beginning. He explains in great detail what issues the system is having and the best solution to the problem with several options that have very reasonable pricing. I am very pleased with the replacement of my outdoor condenser unit. Eric takes pride in his work and it shows. The install was very meticulous and neat upon completion and I cannot thank him enough. On Sunday our air conditioning went out. We have AHS however, being Sundry and leading up to the holiday we couldn't go 3-4 days without air conditioning. Eric was recommended by someone on our neighborhood app. I was so surprised when called me back. Eric, not only came Sunday night he got us up an running. Eric, is very knowledgeable and it was great that he came on a Sunday. Only downside the $150 service call fee doesn't go toward the repair cost.

Eric saved my sanity being in a HOT trailer with little ones! He came out quick to repair my AC unit that has a slow leak and got it finished within a few minutes!! Eric was friendly and respectful while getting everything taken care of! Don't look anywhere else for fast and reliable AC company to come out & give you some comfort during these HOT HOT days!!!
