This is a very good company. Had a total system put in- and had several different companies to come out. Went with CMA not only because of price- but Chris Strickland sold me on the company as a whole. Owner has taken great care of me and continues to do so with any issues I have. Would recommend CMA to anyone.

CMA Mechanical installed my unit years ago it is a wonderful company to deal with. The #1 thing is they are honest and trustworthy. I have never had a issue that they have not taken care of that day. Victor came for my summer check up I always keep up with the summer & winter check ups which is the best for maintaining your unit and CMA has a program to make it easier to keep up with. Victor is always very professional and explains what he checks and how he checks it if you want to know always on time if not early. He explains what you need to watch what would help your unit. I would recommend and have to my friends, family and neighbors. They are the only company I will ever use. Mike Andrews has a wonderful group of employees with the best customers service around which is so hard to find.

This time my furnace went out. They arrived early, made little to no mess, everything was clean when they were done. The technician was polite and answered all my questions. Now I’m ready for fall/winter.

Just want to give a shout out to Mike at CMA Mechanical. He followed up on a diagnosis which turned out to be a misdiagnosis by one of his people. An honest mistake. As soon as the error was discovered (on their return to repair after receiving parts) Mike immediately called me and explained things and had my parts deposit refunded to me within a couple hours. After dealing with other 'reputable' hvac folks I can honestly say I have finally found one!!!

I've really enjoyed having them come out and fix my AC Ducts. Super honest, trustworthy group of guys. Had a previous AC guy (from a different company) come out and "work" on my air ducts charged a fortune and didn't repair anything. These guys were super helpful. Showed me exactly what the issues were, replaced them at a great price. Gave me a lot of tips on how to increase efficiency, told me several good tips about how to fix other issues I was having with my crawl space. Fixed my crawl space entry too along with my AC Condensation drain! Love that they don't shy away from saying they're a Christian company! Will definitely work more with them in the future!

Our A/C was not cooling. They came out a few hours after we called and got the problem fixed. Fast, efficient, courteous service!

I Purchased unit from CMA Mechanical back in 2013 as the company was highly recommended. I also purchase an extended 10 year Labor/Parts Warranty good thru August 2023 at the time of install. Mr. Mike Andrews (Owner) came out a few weeks back upon my complaint and discovered the coil leaking. The repair process was seamless. The warranty was verified at that time, trane parts were ordered and the installation was completed today.

In this business it was a pleasure to have a reputable company such as CMA Mechanical come out and inspect. Mr. Andrews was extremely honest, trustworthy, reliable, dependable and ethical.

He is very reputable within the City of Concord and Cabarrus County of which I live. In closing, I would also add that his personality, disposition and great sense of humor is of World Class Status. Thank You Mr. Andrews!

On Wednesday, July 3rd, I discovered that the air conditioning (heat pump) unit at my elderly Aunt’s house had a problem that meant we couldn’t run the air conditioner. We were trying to get her house ready for her to return home following a period of time in a rehab facility. It was over 100 degrees outside. Given that it was the day before the Fourth of July and the middle of a heat wave we were panicked that we wouldn’t be able to find a reputable firm to make a repair. I found CMA Mechanical through Angie’s list where they have deservedly rave reviews. My experience was wonderful! April took my call and when I explained the situation immediately set out to help schedule a technician when I could meet them at my Aunt’s house. Her follow through and compassionate responses were a huge relief. Chris, the technician, arrived when scheduled, was incredibly professional, and did an excellent job. Ultimately I elected to purchase a maintenance agreement and Chris serviced the unit in addition to making the needed repair all in the same trip. I take great comfort knowing moving forward that CMA Mechanical will be checking out my Aunt’s unit every six months. I can’t say enough good things about April and Chris. They were both great!

Highly recommend CMA! Use their services if you have any HVAC issues or maintenance.
