CMA Mechanical Heating & Air

It was a hot Sunday afternoon and the AC stopped working. I sent a message on Facebook Messenger to CMA Mechanical, within minutes my phone rings. It was the owner of the company asking if I Monday morning would be good time for Mike to come out and look at the unit.
Not only did Mike show up on time, he found the simple problem, is fair priced, and we got to catch up on family life.

Our outside AC unit stopped working during a heat wave. I had called a few places and the earliest anyone could come out was in two days. We called CMA and spoke with Jess (who was so incredibly kind) and she told us someone would be out in one hour. I was blown away to the point of near tears. Sure enough, Mike showed up one hour later. He was quickly able to determine what was wrong and fix it. He had our AC up and running in no time. I would love to say that the best part was that the total cost was almost a quarter of what we were expecting (which is true) but the best part was truly the kindness and professionalism of CMA. Mike took the time to talk to my kids and even my dog. Even though it was later in the evening, we never felt as though we were an inconvenience. There is absolutely nobody I would trust more than CMA. If anything is ever needed, they are the only ones we will use and we will also be recommending them to everyone we know.

Jones & Chad Love provided decent quote experiences, however, Chris Strickland from CMA called me everyday. I never once received a call from Jones or Chad Love. Chris from CMA provided competitive pricing and an amazing customer experience. I would highly recommend CMA Mechanical to anyone looking to replace or repair their HVAC system.
