my a/c went out early this morning.

i called cma around 8 am , and its 1130 now and Mike has already been here, and fixed the problem. he had the part that was needed in his truck

i can’t say enough good things about mike and his company. ive been using them for 10 years now, and will definitely continue

About a year ago, we switched HVAC maintenance companies as we were tired of getting pressure to buy services we knew we did not need. Because of the great experiences we have had with CMA Mechanical installing new HVAC systems at multiple locations, we decided to use their maintenance services to keep our HVAC systems in tip top shape. Today, we had scheduled maintenance on two units. Victor, the HVAC technician, arrived at our home (on time) and proceeded to perform a very professional maintenance checkup. He took the time to explain what he was planning to do with each unit. He took pictures of each unit (internal and external) to share with us. He also took the time to respond to our questions in a very attentive manner. Victor was extremely polite and possesses very easy-going approach to customer communications. Trust is an absolute "prime direction" for any company that we deal with. It did not take long before I knew Victor was a contractor with whom I could trust. He did not attempt any sleezy sales gimmicks and did what we expected (and more). Like the Allstate commercial, with Victor and CMA Mechanical, I know we "Are in Good Hands".

The owner came, and worked more than two hours with no charge. 6 mo.. after HVAC install AC not working. Replaced thermostat cable which was the old original cable not a part of the HVAC install. Great company.

Victor and David came out to my house today for a maintenance check after my unit was installed. They both were very professional with knowledge of the unit. I was very impressed when they put on slippers before entering my home each time. Victor explained everything they saw and showed me pictures. A filter needed to be replaced and they showed pictures before and after I agreed to have it replaced. I recommend their service and the service of GMA Mechanical.

One of the best service companies I have ever dealt with!! Mike Andrews and his crew are truly five star worthy!!! I was first told that it would take 2 days to do the job and when they install crew got here they said that they could do it in about 10 hours and they would work through the day if it was ok with us. We said that is fine and they got it done in 7!!! Very quick and professional! Would highly recommend CMA Mechanical for any of your HVAC needs!!

This has been the best customer experience! The owner, installers and office support were all personable, responsive, transparent and professional. We have been loyal customers of another HVAC company for over 20 years and due to this great experience, we will now be converting to CMA Mechanical.

The owner (Mike) and installers (Barry and Jeremiah) were beyond accommodating and worked with us to figure out a rather complex HVAC installation project. They took the time to educate us on the short comings of our prior system (with many places not insulated and others grossly undersized). They gave us options to optimize head room in the basement with new duct placement, were agreeable to moving the unit to the other side of the home with no additional cost and helped us figure out the most efficient and appealing vent placement. The owner gave us a variety of scenarios with efficiency and aesthetics in mind.

We ultimately had all of our duct work replaced, a new AC unit installed, a new furnace installed and a new mini-split system put into our master bedroom. The owner was very responsive, patient and refreshingly transparent. Both of the installers were timely, extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional - laying cloth down during their job, wearing booties or removing their shoes if able, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right.

The lead installer (Barry) took his time to educate us on every aspect of the job (which was time-consuming considering the size of our job). He was very patient with the large volume of questions we had and was beyond kind despite being re-approached daily.

The pricing was completely fair, especially considering the amount of work completed. When we ran into some issues accommodating the initial scope of the project, the owner stated he would be willing to eat the cost of installing some additional items (~$2,000+ cost) in order to accommodate a plan that would meet our initial scope of work. Most HVAC contractors would simply take this as a reason to charge the customer for more work, versus sticking with the initial scope of work. The fact that Mike (the owner) stood by his initial quote and offered to eat some of the cost was amazing.

This was ultimately not the route we went - but because of his offer, discussion and transparency we'll be loyal customers for life. The installers also took the time to do the job correctly, which was visibly noticeable in the finish work as well as efficiency of the new HVAC system.

We also had someone with an HVAC background come in an provide their thoughts on the finished product. They too were overly impressed with the knowledge, quality of work and ownership the installers and company provided. The installers even went above and beyond to help us with a few minor tasks that they knew needed to be completed but weren't necessarily "required" based on our contractual agreement.

The owner even helped with obtaining a master carpenter to cover the new attic access. Overall, our experience was significantly better with CMA than any contractor experience we have ever had (and we've had a good amount of both positive and negative contractor experiences with a 84+ year old home). We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

I was in the market for a new Trane hvac and looked up ALL the authorized dealers in my area on the Trane website. I contacted all of them — which I think was about 6 or 7 companies. I either talked or had a quote done onsite to do the job by each. That included the current Trane service company I have been using the last 5+ years now. Out of all the companies I met with, Mike Andrews, who is the owner of CMA Mechanical, stood out from the very initial meeting we had. He took detailed and impeccable notes with what was important to me. He seemed to genuinely care about his business, his employees, on-going training, and to provide the best possible pricing he could. The scheduling, installation, and follow up afterwards was effortless and seamless from start to finish. They were polite, professional, knowledgeable, clean, and took extra precautions to make sure it was as close to perfect as could be humanely possible. I wasn’t expecting it honestly, as it is impossible to find a company that lives up to that high standards today. However, I was so wrong in thinking that and they went over and beyond …. which I now believe to be a philosophy of their company policy and how they operate with every customer. I learned Mike Andrew’s is a marine veteran and carries those values of his service days into how he runs his company. It is refreshing and a joy to find a company to deal with like CMA. The office staff is just as thorough and courteous and on top of every step. On a scale of 1-10, they are 15+ and exceeded my expectations. It is now appx 2 weeks since the job has been completed and I wanted to wait before writing a review just to make sure all the loose ends of the install were complete. If you are in search of a company that stands out from the rest, that does things right from the start, and delivers on promises made, CMA Mechanical will not disappoint. Call them and experience excellence in customer service as well as a local company making a difference! Thank you Mike, Jessica, and the team there! You are all rock stars in my book! 😊

Our outside unit failed do to a power surge, so I called CMA and they came out the same day within a few hours of my call. Mike (the owner) came out and diagnosed the problem. Ordered the part and came out a couple days later and installed. Very professional and truly cares about his customers. Thanks for everything Mike
