CMA Mechanical Heating & Air

CMA installed a new Heat Pump at our home. They were Courteous and Professional. I would highly recommend them. They took care of all the paperwork, electrical requirements and warranties. Super team to work with. Mike made sure everything was taken care of and answered All my questions. Office staff are amazing! Thanks for all your help in getting this done so quickly.

We called CMA Mechanical Heating & Air on a Saturday morning and they were able to come by early afternoon. We didn’t expect them to come out until Monday. They (Kyle and Mike) worked on our air conditioner (in the blazing sun and heat) for several hours until they completed the job! They would not give up or quit! They were professional and very knowledgeable. We had glorious cool air blowing in the house before they left! We will definitely recommend this company to everyone and call them again!

Very professional company! Mike and his team just installed a new heat pump for us including repairs to our duct system located in a very small crawl space. Every technician who worked on our system was very professional, knowledgeable and determined to please their customer. I have never used a repair service who exceeded my expectations, but this one certainly did! So glad to get this referral - wish I could give them 10 stars!!

Excellent experiences (yes, plural)!! Professional. Respectful. Honest. Our home AC unit started showing signs of giving up during the hottest part of June. I called on Father's day prepared to just leave a message. But someone answered! They were sympathetic to my dilemma and assured me someone would contact me the next day, which they did. I got a call Monday morning and they told me they had a tech that could be there in approximately half hour. Chris showed up as estimated. He gave a thorough check of the situation. I was informed that we could try a "bandaid" (my words, not his) and I agreed to it. He recommended speaking with Mike, the owner, asap about replacing the old and dying unit. (we knew prior to this that the unit needed replacing so I didn't feel like I was being "sold" something) Well, the "bandaid" didn't work as that possibility was strongly warned by Chris. I called CMA late Monday evening and they told me they would reach out to Mike. Almost immediately, I received a call from Mike with a game plan. He told me he would send me information on new installation options and when I woke on Tuesday, the quotes were in my email as promised. The quotes were for Good, Better and Best. The quotes were clear and easy to understand, if you understand AC terms. After a little research and a few questions, we told Mike the "Good" was the best fit for us. There was ZERO pressure to upgrade to the more expensive options. That was refreshing! Nothing is worse than being down and out and someone pushing you past your financial comfort zone. The installation was awesome. The team was respectful of our home and the installation was completed same day. (we had a furnace installed at the same time). Mike checked in with me the next day which was greatly appreciated. We now have a comfortable, quite home. A few weeks later, I called them again this time for my business. Mike came out within the hour I called. My shop's situation was not easy to figure out without a complete overhaul which the landlord and I are not prepared for. Mike sent over an extremely reasonable quote the next day with a great game plan to work with what we had. I highly recommend this company!!! You get what you pay for! Spend your time and money wisely and give them a call!!! Mike and his team are wonderful to work with.

Mike and CMA are top notch. We’ve had them service and install a couple units at different homes we’ve lived in. We have also recommended them out to family and friends. Same service everywhere. Mike strives for total customer satisfaction and it shows with his level of service and their communication. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for HVAC needs! Thanks CMA staff and Mike!

Mike and his team were phenomenal. Starting with the office staff such as April. She was very sweet and helpful and QUICK to answer a call or have a question answered for us. They came out on such short notice to replace our hvac unit entirely. While completing the job, he communicated to us exactly what he was doing, and how it was going to benefit our investment. He is very knowledgeable, personable and friendly and treats his employees with the same respect. He noticed places that could use more of our attention and saved us money in other places while doing so - versus just tacking the extra projects on. The company is very well accommodating and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Mike and team did a fantastic job installing my gas furnace! Great price, but most of all they truly care about exceeing your expectations from start to finish. CMA is a great company that I’ll be sure to work with again.
