We were having trouble with our AC unit, called Johns and no more than an hour later a technician was at our house! The technician called us when he was on his way and once he arrived, he was very nice, thorough, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling Johns for all my plumbing, heating, and AC needs.

Shawn was fantastic! Great communication, was prompt and friendly, and and was very willing to educate me about our heating system. The system has been working great since he worked on it. Would definitely recommend!

installation was good. But there is no set price. So you never know how much you'll pay until you are put on the stop with $200+ per hour bill or more for a simple install. Make sure to get someone who charges by the hour and you know what to expect. Or better yet, if you buy your unit on Amazon just purchase it with installation, which is usually is offered on Amazon.

Their prices are reasonable and quality work is done! I highly recommend them and so glad that our realtor referred us to them!

Sean performed the Winter maintenance tasks on our gas furnace in the professional manner we've grown accustomed to from Johns. He discovered cracks in the 20 years old heat exchanger and quickly had a Johns estimator review our situation. A job well done by Sean and Robert.

Super amazing customer service! I called asking about my water heater- being a new homeowner I wanted to figure out all I could. The man on the phone (I feel so bad I did not get his name) was so sweet and answered all of my questions and did a great job educating me without making me feel dumb.
