Johns Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

If I could give a zero I would. I called yesterday and spoke to a very nice man who was very nice, informative and helpful. He said they would try to fix my mom's water heater yesterday, but more than likely it would be today. I specifically asked - "you can definitely get to it tomorrow because my mom is disabled and handicap and needs water asap" .....he said yes. Well tomorrow is here and now they will only have time to check it and give an estimate today (at 3:00 in the afternoon I call to find this out after being told this morning it would be fixed today). Different people today and different story. Very unsatisfied and would never recommend them for anything.

Called to request a quote on adding an irrigation meter to my existing city services line. I was told it would be $89.95 for a quote and any parts required would be extra...??? Uhm...what parts are needed for a job quote...pencils, paper and a calculator? I will gladly provide my own for them to use to save the extra charges.

I asked if the $89.95 would be credited if they did the work and the girl said it depended on the size of the job. Really?? I'm still stunned.

I am hopeful she simply misunderstood what I was asking for because there is no way I would pay $90 to get a quote for work. If this is the approach this company takes to securing new business then I will definitely pass and find somebody else who wants to Earn my business the old fashion way.

I had to replace a thermostat and something went wrong, and needed to call John's for help. Allen from John's HVAC came to help and quickly discovered that I had blown a fuse in my gas furnace by shorting some wires. He was extremely helpful and patient and rates were very reasonable. I will definitely be using John's for any future HVAC or Plumbing needs. Thanks Allen!

I love this company. I love their honesty, prompt service and professionalism. I love Christy she always calms my fears and the company itself is very reputable. I reccomend this company to anyone. I will always be a loyal customer. Also I love the technicians , they are always professional as well.

This past snow storm I came home to a burnt air handler in my heat pump. Eric took the risk of coming out to to replace it and took the time to make sure it was right, have not been a customer before and I was treated like a long term one. Will definitely use John's from now on.

They did a great job and fixed my HVAC.......Put on a mask, gloves and booties the entire time they were in my house and disinfected the work area before he left. Highly recommend them to anyone

Shawn Garrett performed the 2019 Fall inspection and maintenance service for my natural gas furnace. Shawn was on time, professional and very informative of what he was doing during the service. As always with Greg John's Plumbing and Heating Service the technicians, Shawn Garrett was super.

Great service! It is good to have the same competent technician do the maintenance year after year. They also listen well to comments you might have about the heating system. Their work makes a difference!

Our AC went out last week. We called after hours and someone was there within 2 hours. Problem was fixed in 15 minutes. Their pricing was reasonable being it was an after hours call. Very satisfied and would use them again.
