Johns plumbing is the best in town and they know it. That’s why they stand behind their work and always get the job done right, no matter the cost to them. If it isn’t right, they fix it. No questions asked.

For all my plumbing and HVAC needs I know to call one company for piece of mind. They installed our new HVAC and were quick, polite and reasonably priced for the quality. After they installed it, we had some issues with the thermostat (not related to Johns) and they came to troubleshoot the problem. It turned out to be a short in the wiring and they fixed it without question.

Called these guys for a weekend emergency repair, we were 9th in the que, and the plumber arrives at 7:30 PM to say that he can't do anything, it will take 3 weeks to order a part for that shower. I had to press further and ask what else can you do, can you replace the valve assembly? and he says yes, but that has to be scheduled and he has to order the part from the warehouse. Get a clue, you're a plumber right? showers are fairly common and you can't stock a couple different assemblies on the back of your truck for emergencies like this? $181 to tell me that you can't help? Bad customer service, bad etiquette and a waste of time. Now off to the home center to purchase an assembly and fix myself.

Sunday, May 13, Mother's Day we discovered our upstairs unit was not putting our cool air and the weather was in the 90's We called and within 2 hours Ricky was here and discovered it was frozen up. Within 2 hours with had cool air..........Ricky was very efficient and courteous, explaining everything as he worked.
Could not have ask for BETTER Service! We've been using John's since we moved to Greensboro 14 years ago.
Ricky is an excellent worker!!!

After waiting two days for another plumber to respond, I called Johns'. Mike and Michael came within a couple hours and quickly determined that we didn't have a leaky pipe; instead they isolated the problem to an HVAC unit in our attic with a bad condenser. Quick service, great techs...I won't hesitate to call them next time.

Excellent service start to finish! The initial technician, Jesse, diagnosed the downstairs service pack issue and explained our options. Due to time constraints, Jesse contacted a salesperson (Robert, I believe) who was able to come to our home immediately to develop our home requirements and prepare our 3 best purchase options. Decision was made and John's was able to schedule installation the following Monday. Installation team was friendly and efficient installing the new system. Final technician visit was today; Jesse was great helping me get the thermostat connected to our wifi. Guilford County inspector came out this afternoon and signed off. I'm one satisfied customer!
