B & I Heating, AC and Electrical LLC

I’ve been using B&I for years now when my a/c finally bit the dust? Jack came out and gave me an estimate. Five days later Jack, Bobby and Noah installed a brand new heat pump in my home and I couldn’t possibly be any happier with the entire process. My home is nice and cool again!! Great deal, outstanding install and excellent folks to deal with. The only place that’ll get my business.

I had three companies to choose from and I ended up going with B & I. Their rates were better starting at under $100. Amber was extremely friendly (like talking to your best friend) and informative. My outside unit (10yrs +) had stopped turning on. I was schedule later that day for a diagnostics but ended with the tech coming out another earlier. James was very informative, friendly and professional. Labor wasn't too high nor repair being expensive I found in the past spending over $500 for simple issues. My unit wasn't communicating with my thermostat and my freon was low. He added 3 lbs to my system to equalize pressure and temperature. All and all GREAT TEAM FOR GREAT PRICES! Seriously I paid less than $500 for labor + repair+ freon recharge! Will be contacting next year for when I replace the unit for a new one!

Awesome to get a quote from and Very Knowledgeable. Mark, the guy giving me the quote, was running an hour EARLY and called ahead, offered to find a parking lot to wait until the appointment time if I wasn't going to be home. If that isn't service I don't know what is.
I'm one of those inquisitive customers who super research before buying anything over $20. He answered all my questions quickly and concisely without huge long winded esoteric terms. After he left and I was able to google all his answers, he didn't once steer me wrong.
I don't know what they are doing not having a huge chain. These guys are honest, dependable, and just plain good at what they do.

I highly recommend this company. I have used them for both a routine service call and an air conditioning emergency. They were knowledgeable, trustworthy and very friendly. I don’t think you would be disappointed.

Lady on the phone was super nice. They have two techs that work on oil furnaces and are training a third. Good to know as they don't teach it in hvac classes any more.
