I just wanted to send you a note to say how outstanding Roby treated us with our HVAC system. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and the problem was resolved – coming during the day to fix it and then coming back that night to fix the problem again. The entire staff was incredible to deal with. I personally spent time talking to Elijah as well as Anthony who after several conversations – came out later in the evening to research and correct the problem. We dealt with several employees of Roby – Elijah, Hunter, Chou and Anthony and all were incredibly patient, understanding of our frustrations, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone went above and beyond to service us and make sure the problem was resolved. We can’t thank Roby enough for helping us on several occasions and working to make sure there was resolve. Roby went above and beyond and will have our business going forward. Thank you again to the team for all that they did for us.
Michael Bigham at Roby Services was unbelievably helpful. He was quick to identify my issue and complete my work in a timely manner. He was very professional throughout our interaction, and answered all of the questions I had for him to ensure the issue was fixed appropriately.
I reached out to this company for handyman services because the reviews are stellar and they came recommended by an associate. The project i wanted fixed was to remove and replace about 6-12 inches of dry wall and base mold at my backdoor that was affected by water intrusion. With only the use of a 30 second home video Josue quoted me a whopping $2000 with the potential to be more. HAHAHA what a joke! I received another quote from another company that also had phenomenal reviews and was quoted $600 AFTER the handyman actually came to my home to inspect the issue. Seems to me like Josue tried to pull a fast one on a single woman new homeowner.
Roby Electric is the electrical contractor that is doing the electrical work for new my fiber glass pool. Very impressed with this company. I had to update my electrical service because of the pool. Jeff and his team member have worked hard to get the job done. He has communicated with me from the start by texting me when he would be coming and what work would be done when he arrived. The office staff are great as well. As a funeral home manager, I know the importance of great customer service. The folks at Roby need to teach the pool company what great customer service is about because they have been keeping me better informed. Great folks at Roby Electric! You guys rock!
I hired Roby electric to clean-up an abandoned job from another electrical contractor. Kyle and his team of 3 other guys worked hard to finish our job for 10 hours straight. While things weren't completely prepped for them, they worked through challenges and made sure the job was completed in a timely manner. They were pleasant to work with and I have hired them twice since the first engagement and they have delivered.
Totally pleased with the work Ibis and Sary from Roby completed yesterday installing recessed lighting in our 2 story family room. Totally changes the room. And they were so professional, courteous and precise in their work. They seemed to be genuinely interested in having everything 100% right.
You would never know that they were cutting through drywall and crawling around in blown insulation. The house is now probably cleaner than when they began.
Count me as a totally satisfied customer who will recommend Roby and will ask for this team the next time I have electrical work to be done.
FYI - if you need an electrician I strongly suggest NOT calling Roby Electrical. I scheduled an appointment for the 2-story family room ceiling fan to be repaired. The lights all blink, so likely not just a lightbulb replacement. Clearly told the Roby operator that the room is 2- stories. Electrician showed up yesterday to basically "assess" the situation. He walked into the house with zero tools, flipped the lightswitch and nearly immediately recommended replacing the ceiling fan. He suggested three steps: (1) today's "meet and greet" for $100 (2) a proposal for 2 guys to come with a tall ladder and determine what they think the problem might be for another $650 and (3) a third visit of 2 guys to repair the issue (or replace the fan) for an untold amount.
