Awesome company! I found them on HomeAdvisor where they have over 100 verified 5-star reviews and they were able to squeeze me in right away!! They are Friendly, Fun & and affordable!! I love these guys!! They work on every appliance & every brand!! They are the only people I could find who would actually change the compressor in my fridge instead of telling me they don't do that
This place was very pleasant to work with at first. My washing machine had a leak and they showed up the same day to help repair it. A few weeks went by and the washing machine started to leak again and this time I booked online for a next day apt only to find their online booking is not correct with their schedule. They wouldn't be able to come out for 6 days. I received a call advising of the 6 day delay and was met with rude customer service. You shouldn't allow people to book online if that does not flow with your scheduling in the office because the next day shows several appointments available. I will never use them again!
My A/C blower burnt out at 2:30 servce tech was here by 3:30 he diagnosed the problem, went and got a new blower motor replaced it and I was up and running by 5:30. With Temps being in triple digits tomorrow I was blessed that I was able to get service ASAP. THANK YOU T&C Appliance & A/C Repair.
A good business should never have a defensive attitude towards their client. that’s disappointing and I actually should have known better after looking at your bad reviews and how you replied to them. looks like you guys make no mistakes. You guys will call a client a liar before admitting your wrong and apologizing.
They never showed up to our appointment scheduled at 2 but closer to 3, had sister in law at home all day, also have a ring camera. it was 3:30 and I called and the lady that answered said they should be on the way. Later called at 5 and she said they were there at 2:45 and no one answered the door. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend
My Kenmore / LG refrigerator stopped working, the week before Thanksgiving. My home warranty company said they couldn't find anyone to come service it, and that I should try and find someone on my own. A quick web search found T&C Appliance. I called them, and they came the next day. Diagnosed the problem with the compressor. Ordered the new parts, installed them, and updated the software on my refrigerator. Fast, easy, and pleasant to work with. I easily recommend T&C Appliance to anyone needing refrigerator repair.
Overcharged me about $100 on a simple washing machine repair. Did not call me to confirm costs before completing the job. Took advantage of the blank check I had left with my wife to pay them. Reluctantly supplied an invoice when I demanded a breakdown of the part and labor costs, which showed they had not followed their own charging formula as per their website. Stopped talking to me after I pointed out that I had not agreed to a $280 repair on a machine I could replace with a new one for $499. Very disappointed in the shady way they handled the whole transaction. Complaint lodged with BBB. UPDATE. The cost was never discussed with me, available at all times on the other end of the phone, but simply told to my wife who had no clue of what would have been reasonable or not. She insists that she told you to call me. That never happened. The problem was that I trusted you guys to be reasonable and I maintain that the shoddy invoice, and there was only one showing the breakdown of part and labor, clearly shows that you charged $185 to fit a $95 part. Nice work if you can get it. I gave you the chance to discuss the charges after the event but no-one had the balls to call me and justify the invoice. So, being a man of my word, I have done what I said I would do. If you had talked to me I might have considered using you again in the future. Obviously you have had your one shot to take my money for ever now. I hope you think the $100 overcharge was worth it.
I had the duct to my dryer replaced. The two gentlemen who performed the work came on time and replaced the duct satisfactorily. However, I was not given an invoice/receipt itemizing what I was paying for. I called the office at least three times to request that an invoice/receipt be emailed to me. When that didn't work, I sent and email to them requesting that an invoice/receipt be mailed to me. The work was done on March 18, 2020. Today is April 9th. I still have not received an invoice/receipt. I think I was charged too much.

I called around and other companies either didn't have appointments past 5pm or would charge 2x price for "after hours". T&C was open until 6pm and sent someone within 45 minutes of my call. Terry was friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem! I highly recommend T&C Repair.
Our freezer started making a loud noise and they came out the same day to diagnose the problem. Both men that came were wearing masks the whole time and were very professional and respectful! They needed to order a part for the repair but once it came in within a couple days, they came out immediately and completed the work efficiently for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again myself!
Terry was fantastic! I called in the morning about an oven issue and he was there by the early afternoon for the estimate. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely go to them with any other appliance issues!
