These guys are awesome. They have fixed our A/c and our fridge multiple times (for different reasons) they do their best to come as quickly as they can. They are fun and kind and very polite. I have an infant at home and they always call or text when they get here.
Update :
We did run into a problem when I scheduled and appointment and they showed up early unannounced and I was unable to get home to meet them so the rescheduled my appointment But did come back next day to fix AC unit when it started leaking.

I waited on a call back for almost two days . I had a appointment scheduled for them to replace a gasket on my washer and had a simple question about the gasket that I already had for them to install. The office ladies are very unresponsive and WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK WHAT SO EVER . I called several times and they never answered my number and screened my calls . I had my friend call from her phone and they answered. This place is a joke . Don’t waste your time 👌

We called Terry at 8:30 and he was at our house by 11 and fixed our washing machine that had been leaking water. He’s an honest guy and does good quality work. We will definitely be calling him back when we need appliance or heating and cooling work done!

My Heat Pump went out (in January), and they were out the next day. Repair guy showed early, diagnosed the problem right away, and it was fixed within the hour for less money than I'd expected. These are the same guys who'd fixed my Viking Gas/Electric range before, so they've very versatile. Fast, responsive, and very professional.

hands down the worst service I have ever received. I called multiple times over a 2 day period leading up to my service date. I was attempting to inform them I had fixed my own machine but wanted to add others.. I never received a call back. The tech who showed up was rude, refused to even look at the machines and just insisted they needed to be replaced. I never received even a quote for repairing them. I called to speak to the owner, I wanted my 75 back as they did nothing. The lady I spoke with refused.. I asked for the owner to call and boy did he. Turns out the owner was my tech and he he also refused to refund my money.. what he did give me back were insults and threats of court if I made a bad review. see ya in court 😁

No I don't recommend these people. I had some work done on my AC unit it cost me around 800$ they completed the job and left. Not even 3 hours after they left it had started blowing hott again. I called them they said they would be out to look at it again the following morning. No showed so I called didn't get an answer got on FB and found that they had blocked me. I called from another number and as soon as they knew it was me they hung up. Needless to say I spent 800$ on about an hour's worth of air. I had to call someone else out he let me know that it was filled up but the leak hadn't been fixed so it just leaked back out again. Which is what is stated in the estimate and receipt that was to be fixed Got it fixed again and now we are going to court. I used this company because of the reviews so I wanted to make sure it doesn't happen again to someone else. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I love Terry's energy; funny and energetic. On Monday, he arrived to diagnose the GE refrigerator ice maker and a separate deep freezer. He returned Wednesday to repair the issue with the ice-maker and informed me the freezer was not worth investing any money in. I sincerely appreciate his honesty and eliminating the BS. I recommend using T&C Appliance because he arrived as promised and fixed the ice maker sooner than I expected. Here's an extra start ⭐️.

My A/C went out on Friday early morning, by 2:00 PM the service tech had a new Trane unit delivered to my house and showed up with a crew of two helpers. The change out was completed and running to perfection before they left. The price I was charged for a complete change out was better than any other company out there. Before my husband got injured he owned and operated and Elec. and A/C business for over 20 years. Therefore, I can say with 100% certainty that this change out was a top notch job and very fairly priced.

The repairman came out on time. However, all he did was talk in circles. Stated he needed the code that came up on my oven display before he could fix it. I gave him the display number as I had written it down when it came up. He stated I needed to take a picture of it before he could do anything. Maybe I am wrong but I would have thought he would have taken my word as to the code that came up and possibly at least taken a look at the possible problem but he just continued to talk in circles. Told me if it happened again I should take a picture of the code and call him. The problem with the oven is not going to fix itself. There is a very serious problem with it. I will not call them again and I would like my $78.00 service call refunded because he did nothing and didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know. Poor service if you really want to know.
