    I have a custom geothermal system that white and Williams installed. There is one in the guest house as well as the main house. There was no expense spared on these systems. We purchased the house last June and called and asked them to come service it. I was told to find someone else. Incredibly rude. We have had multiple problems and have been trying to use other companies to figure out what they designed. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND This company. They deserve 0 stars.

    Spent $17k on systems with this White & Williams. Called twice to make service appointment and was ignored. Since they had performed the install I called again. "Dispatcher" set appointment 3 days out only to call the morning of the scheduled appointment to say I live to far away. I didn't live to far away when they took my $17k. This is beyond poor customer service. Stay away from this company!

    Known for being an old and expensive company, I reluctantly called them. They charged me $160 just to verbally tell me I had an issue and didn’t provide me any written information (that they promised) for what I needed to fix on my HVAC. NEVER USE THEM.

    Terrible customer service. I called to schedule an appointment to have my businesses a/c serviced, and was told that due to the high volume of "no-cools" in the area my appointment would be pushed one week out. I was fine with this, as I understand priorities must be taken into account. I had a 9am appointment scheduled one week later, which is early in my line of work, especially when working until 1 or 2am. At 9:05 when I called to check the status of the service person, I was informed by the dispatcher that I had been bumped off the schedule due "no-cools" taking prority. I am an understanding person, but business is business, and an appointment that has already been pushed out should take priority over last minute day of calls. This is the worst way to treat a customer in need of service. White and Williams lost an account that would typically spend thousands of dollars per year strictly on maintenance, because of their lack of organization, inability to communicate properly, and disregard for customer commitments. I would say stay as far away from White and Williams as possible.

    I see that many of the reviews are years old. I understand W&W has made a number of changes since then. I had to replace two 5 Ton Gas furnaces and two condenser units during the winter. It was a very difficult job, and much of the housing had to actually be built. I had several estimates. They were by far the most professional in every way, worked diligently for over a week to do this job, and I was extremely impressed by the workers. Communication was good, price was very reasonable for this huge job.

    We have used this company for years and could not be happier with all the installations and services performed at multiple locations. Deborah found a window of opportunity for her service technician, Jason, to come today instead of tomorrow which we desperately needed. He found the problem very quickly, it's all good news, nothing major, and we are already up and running again! Whew! Thank you White and Williams!

    We had a ground water heat and cooling system installed by White and Williams. They damaged bricks in our yard driving over them with their heavy equipment and never repaired it even though I requested them to multiple times. There was also rainwater leaking into our basement after the installation which damaged furniture. They sent a couple of guys to fix it but it still leaked. We spent several days working on it to get the leak fixed. I wish we hadn’t paid our bill so promptly as they had no incentive to do things right. Whenever I get a chance I have told others never to use this company.

    We had an excellent experience with the installation of our new HVAC system for our house. The office staff, installers and technician were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

    I made contact in mid-April to get generator and a/c and heating maintenance from a circular they sent me. I called 4 more times for help, the last this morning, June 14. I was promised a call back today. I called at 8am and have’t received a call back yet and it’s 2:51pm.
    When I do talk to someone they say we’re overwhelmed. They sound like they’re about to go out of business. After all this time you would think they could have suggested another source or worked weekends to satisfy their customers. I feel very unimportant to them. I will be changing vendors

    worst service I've experienced yet. I definitely feel poorly treated and not a priority whenever I call to finally get our A/C turned on after over a month long process of getting them to service our house. I would recommend never using White and Williams Co. Inc. especially during the busy season like winter and summer because their only excuse is "we are so busy." It appears they are surprised by the fact that a heating and cooling company is busy during the winter and summer; and have failed to think ahead on how to service many homes and businesses at once. My husband was without heat for some of the coldest months in NC. Now its very hot and they have failed to help us out in a timely manner as well. Sad story when a heating and cooling company fails on both counts.
