White & Williams recently removed my old oil furnace and replaced it with a new heat pump. I was a little hesitant at first because I read some unflattering reviews from a couple of years ago, but I'm glad I went with them. They were easy to work with, responsive, and on schedule. The work areas were left better than they found them, and I absolutely love my new system. Highly recommend!

Made a service call for a repair. I was told someone would return my call to schedule service. I called back 3 days later and was given the run around by the person answering the phone. I was then informed they were too backed up to service my system and to call someone else. Poor customer service to say the least!

My great grandmother who is 92 had them come over and she ended up having to go to the ER for her breathing. When telling the man that she couldn’t complete her service due to needing the go to the emergency room. He later told the business that she refused service and when she called after returning home from the ER!!!! They told her that they didn’t believe her and wouldn’t come back! The woman that answered the phone was rude and hateful! My great grandmother was a customer for 70 years and has happily moved on!

The service technician checked out our furnace after we ran it out of fuel. He replaced the fuel filter and got it running in no time. Very satisfied.

They did a great job installing our new system in January. Problem is, it quit working 4 weeks ago and we called. We were told someone from service would call us to set up a service appointment. We're still waiting.

W and W sent an experienced HVAC tech to my home. He diagnosed the leak in the indoor coil and recommended replacement rather than refilling a leaking system. Then he listed out the options for repair. A second employee is coming Tuesday (4 days later) to quote the repairs.

The tech's that came and installed the unit did such a poor job, they had to come back and fix it after the person who was to turn the power on to the unit identified errors. My NEW unit has also gone out 3 times now in a span of a few weeks. The workers showed up with no notice one time and also cancelled appointment with no notice. The new AC unit that White and Williams installed has broken down again as I type this. I am disappointed and can't in good faith recommend this company to anyone.

Don't know about the experiences of others here, but I had my heat pump go out Monday AM. Called White & Williams, received a return call promptly. They were out the same day, fixed it on the spot, checked other components and replaced my filter. Price was fair, service was courteous and prompt. Can't ask for more. I have been dealing with them for 10 years and have always received top shelf service.
