Called for a simple fix. Dispatcher called me back and said they were too busy and that I should call someone else. No recommendations or anything. Guess business must be good to not take on new customers. Terrible customer service.

Horrible service and so disappointed with this company's service. They sent me a seasonal coupon that it would be $89 to service my unit. Told me due to covid they needed my CC on file. They did NOTHING to our unit and are charging us over $230 dollars. Will NEVER use this company again. Absolute waste of money!

Have worked with them for years. Continue to provide timely professional service, especially if emergency!

I’ve used W&W at times over the years and repair service has been ok, but customer service is horrendous. Was forced to try them again during this cold freeze with heat out—-but the customer service lady answering the phone was breathtakingly rude. I’ll wait on another company in the cold before giving these folks a dime. Absolutely nasty.

Great service. Very fast. Had an AC unit they installed go out and they were quick to make things right. Will use and recommend.

Owners son flooded my basement Hardwoods (replacing a condensation pump) then they both refused to even meet me halfway in compensating me for repairs -this used to be a great company it is far from that now unfortunately.

They came and took care of the issues quickly and even set up our nest thermostat

They will, basically, tell you whatever they think you want to hear with every question you ask them. Important questions necessary in decision making and/or placement of devices, etc... Afterwards, they will ignore you and you're on your own.

Pathetic customer service. If you want someone who's unreliable they're the ones to call.
