They came out to check our system in a timely manner and had to order the parts. They are very helpful with everything that had to be done for our systems. I would recommend them any day.

I highly recommend Sky for HVAC work! When our heater quit and needed a repair during a period of below-freezing days, they sent a technician out the same day. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He fixed the issue and suggested a small low-cost change to our heater that could prevent the problem in the future, which I really appreciated. We'll definitely be using Sky for our HVAC needs in the future.

Had an emergency with no heat on Christmas Eve. Called these guys at 9:00 in the morning. I figured there was no way we could get anyone out that day, but they showed up at 5:30 and replaced a contact to fix the heat. It had dipped to 48 degrees inside. Sky HVAC literally saved Christmas! Dave was able to rapidly assess the rapid cycling issues I was having with my heat pump. He was able to complete a recharge and repair in no time at all. Everything has worked perfectly since. Can't ask for better!

I work at a group home owned by a nonprofit. Both of our A/C units were having issues so I had to find a company to come diagnose them. Many companies were booked until early/mid September and I was calling to find someone Monday, 8/15. Sky told me they could have someone come out Thursday, 8/18 AND they had the cheapest fee to come out of anyone I spoke with. The tech came and was very professional. We quickly found out we would need both units replaced and they would follow up to send someone out to look at everything and give a quote. When we hadn’t heard back mid day Monday 8/22 I called Sky. They informed me they could have someone out the next day to do the estimate. He came out and gave us two separate options own that included an economy unit so with a two year warranty and a premium unit with a 10 year warranty for not even 10% more. We got our company to approve the premium unit and are now waiting to have the units install. This far Sky has been professional and easy to communicate with. We have no reason to expect our install to go any other way.

The folks at Sky HVAC recently installed a new heat pump and all of the duct work in our home. Our home is almost 60 years old. We had no AC and an antiqued propane boiler for heat. Getting a modern HVAC system is something we had been wanting to do for years. We got estimates from several HVAC companies and ended up going with Sky. The technicians and staff were professional and helpful. We are very happy with the final results. The price was great and the work they did was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.
